I have a friend who is about 6'1 190 to 200lbs
I'm trying to get him motivated and back into the gym.he use to be a runner and was in pretty good shape for a runner.he is interested in n2burn but I told him to hold off till he gets some of the fat off and back into shape.
his biggest problem is getting into the mood to work out again.
any words of wisdom or items he can take to get back into the swing of things?
