Right now I have a tub of Complete Nutrition's just because it has a bit of coconut oil fats. I buy different ISOs and whey blends nearly every month. I go through about 7 lbs of protein a month.

Often times I have a protein shake, just because I've gotten sick of water for that day.

Nice bro!

I love the EP1C + El1minate for that vascularity.

Any thoughts on dropping the Fearn a couple weeks out from your show? I noticed that once off my vascularity increased even more. BUT, at a cost of some reduction in muscle fullness/size. Still think I looked better with greater vascularity than extra size though.

Although for you, the El1minate might be warding off any water weight from the soy granuals.
