Hey y'all, for some background, I'm 5'11, around 300 pounds, body fat way too high due to a wildly successful 25 year bulk, been training for just about 9 years in a couple of months, mostly powerlifting style. I've done 3 PH only cycles in the past. Those cycles were 2 of RPN Havoc epistane, and one of epistane and some other compound combined into one product that I can't seem to remember the name of at the moment. I saw good results from those, although I was a moody little b*tch.
This cycle is a lot different. I've just got my stuff in and it's time to rock and roll. This cycle will be:
Test E wks 1-12 @ 500mg/wk
Dbol (methandienone) at 30mg/day for the first four weeks (or 40 depending on how I tolerate it)
RPN havoc for the last 3 weeks @ 50mg/day
After week four, 10mg of nolva daily to keep estro sides down.
Starting week 6 I'll be doing 500 iu's of HCG a week at 250 twice a week.
PCT will include nolva at 20mg/day for 2 weeks and 10mg for 2 as well as clomid at 50/day for 4 weeks.
My goals for this cycle are to gain as much size and strength as possible and lose as much fat as possible. Bioelectric impedance devices usually place me anywhere between 28-33%, but I'm by no means a bodybuilder and am not aiming for the bodybuilding look. I want to hit my next powerlifting comp with numbers that I've never had before at a lighter weight. I'd be happy with 20% and +10% on my lifts by the end of everything.
If anyone has any tips or thinks I should change anything, let me know! I'll be logging every few days to keep track of my weight/size/strength/sides.
