Well as for side

no feeling of shutdown, no acne, no temper or emotional problems, almost nothing noticable.

The little things i did notice

sweating like a mother f**ker
Slight soreness in the joints
Mad lower back cramps today with stiff leg DL (not sure if related)

Libido has been fine.

Awesome brother. Can't wait to start mine! Try some taurine to get rid of the back cramps/pumps.

no sides to mention to date bar the back.
But to be honest, i may also have over done the stiff leg deadlifts.

I have two days on pct with nothing to report really.
Training is going nicely. Sleeping so deep i can barely wake up.
Mood is ok considering i have a touch of tonsilitis. (pre existing problem. get it up to 6 times per year)

I am unsure of what to feel from the lean extreme but i am sweating a **** load.

tuesdays work out

A1) Leg press - 150 kg x 15 / 150 x 12 / 150 x 10 / 150 x 8 / 110 x 15
A2) Stiff leg - 70kg x 15 / 70 x 12 / 70 x 10 (cramps got bad here)
B1) BB Bicep curl - 25kg + curl bar x 8 x 3
B2) Close grip press - 40kg x 8 / 45 x 8 x 2
C1) One arm preacher curl - 10kg x 12 x 2 / 7.5kg x 12
C2) DB Tricep ext - 10kg DB's x 12 x 3
D1) Hammer curls - 10kg x 15 x 3
D2) Tricep pushdown - 6 bars x 15 x 3

sit up - 20 / 15 / 10
russian twist - 10kg x 15 x 3
band oblique twist - 4tubes x 15 each side x 3

thursday

A) BB shrugs - 60kg x 8 / 70 kg x 8 x 3 / 60 kg x 8
B1) Behind back shrug - 60kg x 12 x 3
B2) Upright row - 20kg + curl bar x 12 x 3
C) DB Shrug - 30 kg x 10 / 27.5 kg x 10 / 25kg x 10 / 22.5 x 10
D) Rear delts - 2 tubes x 100 each side
E) Military press - 50 kg x 5 x 5

Band crunch - 4 tubes x 15 x 3
Bench crunch - 10kg kettle ball x 10 x 3
Ball crunch - 30 / 20 / 20

Tomorrow is back and chest. Hope it will go well.

Nutrition
I was a little unhappy with my sides and other bits of fat so cutting carbs back.
Will closely follow palumbo meal plan. (as close as whats in the fridge allows)

am - protein shake
gym
Am - 2 eggs / 4 bacon
Pm - chicken with almonds and green salad
pm - protein shake
pm - steak grill with salad
pm - protein shake (or eggs)

when i get to the store at the weekend i will get better things but should be easy to stick with
