Day 10- Lats/Delts Hypertrophy
Pull-ups: BWx15,12,12,12,12,10,
Rope Lat Ext: 3 sets 10-15
MachineRow: 135x12, 225x10, 275x10, 315x9, 315x7
LatPD: 120x10, 130x10, 150x10
CGLPD: 150x10, 160x10, 180x6, 120x15
Machine OHP: 4 sets 10-20
DB Shoulder: 70x9, 70x9, 70x12 (energy bolt)
DB Row: 70x12, 70x12
URR: 95x10, 95x10, 105x8, 115x6
Hang Clean to press: 115x5, 115x5, 135x5
Had a great lift despite these horrible headaches (which as I mentioned above I believe is tied to sinus infection/headache). Decided to start out with a couple sets of pull-ups. I use to always do 10x10 pull-ups to warmup, only did 6 sets today but didn't want to burn myself out. Gotta pic today for ya as well.
