Muscle twitching/ rippling while on SARMS or Gear

Ive noticed that every time I'm about a month into any SARM cycle (even when I was on test the one time) typically after my workouts, later that day, and even the day or two after, my muscles will twitch quite a bit. When im stretching my arms or legs out ill get some very noticeable spasms and it even looks like theres things crawling under my skin as the twitches resonate down my muscle for a second or two. Does anyone know if this is common???

I get this a lot but on actual steroids, not sarms. It’s a lack of something in your system. Very often it’s electrolytes or potassium or magnesium.
