SO rumor has it this has the 1,3 dimethyl that the original Jack3d had.

However, when you look at the label, it just says "Muscle Spike contains Creatine, Arginine and Beta Alanine plus a good hit of stimulants"

Never tried it. I was just curious like you to see if there was still something out there that contained 1,3 dimethyl.

Gotcha.

Yea seems like most places are out of stock on it. There's a 'new formula' called Spike XT, which doesn't have the 1,3. That's what I was looking at first.
