So I'm fairly stoked to have been one of many to be selected to log Preformax's new slinmax
Having used numerous GDA's in the past, I feel I will be able to asses how effective slinmax is.
Macro breakdown right now is ~50/350/200 (f/c/p)
And weight has stayed fairly consistent (185-ish) considering I did WORK on Thanksgiving. I plan on working my way up to >400g of carbs with the help of slinmax
Training splits goes as follows
Sat- horizontal push/pull
Sun- DL/ hammies/PC
Mon- wrestling/bjj
Tues- vertical push/pull
Wed- squat/quads/PC
Thurs-active recovery
Fri- off
Given the profile of this product, I'm super pumped to put it to good use and hopefully by the end of my run I'll be even more pumped
