Intermittent fasting seems awful!! Never given it a try, and dont plan to in the foreseeable future. I do well cutting with plenty of small meals throughout the day.

Today not so much.... I had to eat lunch, 1lb turkey breast on bagel thins with swiss
Well, that's ok. You still ate good! I had to up my calories because I let them get too low. Yet, I have been hungrier since I increased them than before! Lol

Great to hear the stack is helping to keep your appetite in check and you're enjoying IF.

Kat, I often get hungrier when I up the calories too. I think often times (as long as you arent going overboard) the increase in calories often helps raise your resting metabolic rate. Hence why carb cycling and other cyclical increases and decreases in caloric intake are often so effective for fat loss.

great nutrtion day, I nailed everything and no pro powder was used...the 600 cals and 60g pro during lunch really made the difference. trained back tonight and was exhausted, however put up some good numbers despite it all. almost out of accelerant, I haven't been using aav2 as much, 2 caps pre bed is about all and MP is being used pre workout..

Lacking on updates..... finished a small run of our 17 proandro and started alphamax with xfactor advanced today...will report back in a few... waistline is a 28 with increased width in my lats. The 17 pro allowed me to cut my cals low without any loss of mass. Weight is only down 6 pounds meaning a successful recomp....

Lacking on updates..... finished a small run of our 17 proandro and started alphamax with xfactor advanced today...will report back in a few... waistline is a 28 with increased width in my lats. The 17 pro allowed me to cut my cals low without any loss of mass. Weight is only down 6 pounds meaning a successful recomp....
NICE! good work, a 28 inch waist is tiny.
