today was a pretty solid back day...... felt pretty run down most of the day but the workout still turned out pretty good.... I did alot of things with bands. I am able to use a private gym this week with noone there almost always, it was pretty damn sweet, a whoel gym to myself. I took teh d pol a little late today but is wear it hits that hour mark after taking it and the pumps hit, even with doing power reps 4-6 reps i was still getting a sick pump goin in my back. I did banded rack DLs, banded bent over rows for power, deadlifts, not to failure 5x5 jsut to get back into deads, felt powerful though, theres sumthin to eb said about ripping a weight off the ground. also then did some banded hammer strength rows and a front pull down/rev grip pulldown super set to fry the lats. This gym also has the only donkey calf raise machine ive ever seen and love it so i did some of those.....great workout
