Ya, it looks like a few companies have jumped on board lately with logging opportunities so it seems like everyone is logging something.

I personally can't wait to try the Extreme stack. Should be getting here Friday and I'll be starting it on Monday.

i'm in here are just afew logs i have done recently.

4 day split
still in rehab with shoulder repair surgery but on the final days
i have been slowly working myself back up in weight
starting bulk next week so this will fit in nicely with what i am doing.
gonna be aten week run for now unless i decide to add something at the end.
no problem on the logging . just changing gyms , the one i will be going to is almost 24 hours but i can come and go as i please so this will be nice.

be honored to join in on this. the solution has seen my logs before and most are pretty good. give me a look . i actually asked about a logging job with mind and muscle through Dr. Todd Lee on some other supps but never heard back . thansk for the opp. Chefbo.

I just bought Rise and Swell it says to use it first thing in the morning and then eat within 30 minutes but i am still at the gym at that time what should i do?
