Read somewhere that melatonin causes an increase in the secretion of prolactin - anyone know this to be true?

Also raises estrogen but neither to a level that will produce any measurable effects.

Use the recommended dosage if needed. You'll be fine.

I should add that if you're worried about prolactin for whatever reason, BLR makes Prolactrone to combat increased in prolactin.

Inhibit P by SNS would have you covered as well (usually much cheaper too). I've used both and seen great results either way.

SNS is legit for sure. Forgot about Inhibit P when I posted. Both good options.
