Aite boys and girls im heading off on holiday second week of july and wanna look nice and sexy and ripped.

This will be my second PH run first (first was epithin-e over a year agoo)

Cynostane (reccomendations on dosage protocols would be good)
Natadrol (8 caps a day heard thats were its at)
Glycobol (Standard 2x2 Daily Prtocol)

Some Pre-work out (Jack3d prob)
+P-Slin

BCAA (Animal Nitro)
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Bio-Mend
Omegas
Cycle-Support

And PCT will be brought nearer the end of the Cycle.
prob just some standard OTC-PCT. Post Cycle support did fine alst time.

In this time i will have no work as ill be outta Univercity and can dedicate my time to eating/working out as much as i want.

I would like some adive on how best to work out during a PH to amek sure i take advantage of the leaning out effects. Thinking two work out sessions a day cardio morning and weights in evening and 7 days a week gotta get ripped you see.

Also have HGHUP, Prime and testopro hanging around and was thinking about chucking in a methylated PH to stack with it?

Any Advice would be awesome as i wanna get Big+ripped as last time just just got big and strong. :D
