Just started with first dose today. night weight was 176# - will weigh myself in the morning.
today's workout 6 rounds of 115# snatchs, rope climbs.
8 - 165# cleans and c&J
135# C&J for time 4 min -
jumped rope, some more pushups, rope climbs, pull/chin ups
3x3 deficit HSPU
was a super sweaty one.
diet is mostly plant based w/ anabolic diet bits - lol whatever that means - I am a registered dietitian so pretty good by my standards.
today was spinach, beet smoothie, banana - whey.
plenty coffee, green tea, ginger tea.
oats w/ whey, bee pollen, cinnamon, raisins.
cinn raisin bread w/ cheddar chz + canned sardines.
dinner was turkey hotdogs and beans + spinach beet smoothie w/ blueberries, whey.
post workout, purge sports bcaax w/ creatine.
