Ok guys whats going on? Time for a new log. I will be logging M-Sten RX by IronMagLabs.
First I just want to thank IronMagLabs for giving me this opportunity! I am very anxious and excited to get this going.
I will be dosing this 20/20/20/20. I will be taking 10mg at breakfast and 10mg with dinner.
My daily regime / meals consist of:
5:00am - hit the gym
7:00am - post workout shake w/ berries
9:00am - rice/ chicken/ broccoli
12:00pm - lunch workout
1:00pm - rice/ chicken/ broccoli
5:00pm - rice/ chicken/ broccoli (may substitute this sometimes)
8:00pm - protein shake or sludge
9:30pm - Bed

Creatine
multivitamin
Fishoil
Optimum Protein
AI Sports Nutrition Cycle Support - 1 scoop in morning shake and 1 scoop evening shake
AI Sports Nutrition Life Support
**I also have a bottle of cycle assist by competitive edge labs, which one would you guys recommend?
