Losing body fat?

So A friend of mine hurt him self and is confined to a wheel chair until he can walk again full time, he can walk but just not all the time. He has been doing a lot of physical activities recently and eating just about the same, but if he does more he eats more so there shouldn't be a huge calorie deficient; but he has been loosing a lot of body fat fast. I am thinking its just his fast metabolism, pretty high intensity of exercise when he is working out, wheeling every where during school, and puberty. What do you guys think?

I thinks fitness exercises are best for the losing body fats.,
And Creatine is my favorite supplement for gaining muscles growth fast,.Its also helps you to lose the fats of the body and make your body shape ,.
