I mean how long would it have taken to add that much weight to your lifts as a natty?Pinning really wasn't bad.. by the end of my cycle I really didn't even mind it at all. It was a quick 1 minute operation and even with the measly little bit of test I did it was like noob gains all over again without any sides at all. Lol. The strength gains weren't anything amazing. Started with like 295x5 on the bench and finished with 320x5. Started with 405x8 deadlifting and finished with 495x6. Squat was 405x3 and ended with 435x5. So decent strength increases, but I'd say the physique changes were the best. Really filled out and hardened up. Ended up gaining 1.25" on my arms. Lol
Just do as much LISS cardio as you can, an incline can help too. Can you get any type of bloods generally?Day 76: No weight... 45mins afternoon lifting

Motivation is back down and I'm noticeably out of shape, as seem to be getting easily winded. Also, seems I'm bloated or gaining more fat.. idk, frustrated as fck and getting easily pissed and discouraged.
My lipids are probably wrecked at the moment. Idk if I should start easing into some HISS cardio or if I should wait till after PCT. What do you guys think? I just want to feel in shape again..

Libido is up as is energy; motivation is still a little down but that's all in my head cause I'm not on gear anymore, and seem to catch myself thinking that I won't be making any gains for a while until my test levels return to normal and use it as an excuse to slack off. I need to quit being a pssy and start hitting it harder... I feel like my BP is under control and tomorrow when I reduce SERM dosages (Clom 25/ Nolva 10) I'm going to start taking a preworkout again.
Anyway, I'm going through a hard time with a family illness and have also been drinking a little (moderately) in the evening and dosing Kratom. I need to chill out and start hitting the weights instead.
I'm not entirely sure... I'm leaning more towards 12 wks test e 500/MK677/CJC1295 if I decide to bulk next cycle. If I decide to recomp, test/T3/anavar.Made any decisions on the next cycle
What I wish I would've changed about mine was just a straight 250mg's of test 2x a week for 8 weeks. Then the last 6 weeks throw in var. Where I messed up was not keeping my estrogen at normal levels. I was told it's nice to let it get high as long as you don't get gyno. That was a completely STUPID thing to do. Lol. I just got bloated up and looked like a whale. Lol. After I started really keeping it in check not only were my energy levels and mood more stable, but I also dried out pretty good and looked really lean. It also didn't effect the weight I lifted whatsoever. Then the var on top of it was great. I didn't even change my diet and it really helped tighten up my waist, got me really vascular, even brought out the shoulder and chest stirations. The only other thing I would've changed is when I went into bulk mode I really should've just eaten normally. Give it a slight surplus and maybe add an extra 100 calories every week. That way I would've been a lot more lean when I started the var and would've been pretty shredded at the end. Oh well, it was a good learning experience.I'm not entirely sure... lol I did too... I also put weight on during my wife's pregnancy; she loves sh1t like casseroles, meatloaf, etc...Not to be a downer, but more of an FYI, I definitely put on a couple lbs one the first few months after each of my kids were born! So try to stay strong when the baby comes!
I used adex. I originally took .5mg every third day for the first week. Then the next week I think I took it once. The last two weeks I don't even think I took it. I was so f'n bloated it was ridiculous. Lol. Even though I didn't get gyno it was still completely stupid, in my opinion. Dbol was fun, but not if you're trying to keep a hard look.Brandaddy, when you talk about not controlling your E levels on cycle, did you not dose exem eod? Or do you regret running Dbol?
