ok so yesterday was legs and cardio

Stair master 20 minutes

Calf raises 10 sets of 20 (Moderate weight)
Leg ext machine. 6 sets of 10 light weight
Hamstring curl machine 6 sets of 20 moderate weight

squats

135lbs 4 sets of 20
225 4 sets of 8
315 4 sets of 6
405 two sets of 6
225 4 sets of 8

10 minutes of stretching

my legs were so pumped up with blood i coulnt walk straight, was walking like a duck after six beers my chins were hurting so bad i deff have to up the taurine also back pumps were killing me during legpress but thats my fault because i didnt take taurine should be here today tho. but endurance and power is going way up.

today i went at 8am eastern time and did 3miles on the treadmill nothing crazy.

Hell yea I'm really trying to go balls to the wall for you guys. Not only that but I really want massive fckn legs. No lethargy yet which is impressive I usually end up a zombie on 1dhea wondering if the delivery system has something to do with this or something else who knows.

Abs were super pumped feelin great no blood pressure issues no lethargy just crazy pumps. Im also looking leaner which is a +.

they get me exhausted I usually get cramps in My abs after em. I hold for 2 sec the back down but once I start getting tired I usually just do wat I can

Ok. Today was cardio abs and Back.

Cardio treadmill 2miles jog about 15min.

Back.
Latpulldown 4 sets of 20
Rear delt Flys 4 sets of 15
1 arm dumbell rows. 4 sets of 8.
T bar rows 5 sets of 6 to 8 heavy
Dead lifts 4 sets of 6 heavy weight

Abs.
4 sets of 20 leg raises.

So I'm done with my first bottle cracking second bottle 2moro. I went heavy today just to Guage strength increases. Well so far my strength is steady climbing of course nothing like a strong methylated compound but I deff feel powerful. I also have very good endurance! I recover very fast in between sets. I'm looking leaner feel pumped 24/7. So far so good. I deff would love to try new prohormones lg has out (4dhea epiandro) at high doses :) and I mean high doses :).

Todays workout was chest & shoulders
warm up on bike 15min

4 sets of 20 pushups
4 sets of 12 dips
4 sets of 12 to 8 bench press
4 sets of 25 chest flys
4 sets of 10 push ups

4 sets of side lateral raises 15 reps each
10 sets of 10 machine shouler press (FUKIN PUMP WAS CRAZZY)
4 sets of 8 rear delt flys

very vascular today the pump was at 100% i was walking around like a erect penis.
anyway no bad backpumps thank god i started taking taurine.
i may just weigh myself later on :)

Just did cardio today nothing crazy 1 Mile on treadmill 25 min on stairmaster. I started getting bad pumps in my chins while running I couldn't even bend my ankle so I just jumped on stairmaster.

Abs leg raises 4 sets of 20
Machine ab machine 4 sets of 20
Crunches 2 sets of 20
Vaccume training ( started incorporating this today)

Weight 206 as of today.
Up 4 lbs.

Feeling better cold is going away. I do feel slightly lethargic today but it could be the cold that I waked me last 2 days I'll keep a eye out. Triceps calves were stupid pumped also started getting cramps in my abs from doing the tricep press downs which hurt but I worked around it.

Great job! You pump out a lot of sets. I'm interested to see if you continue to experience no or very little lethargy. I'm considering you this in the future, so your log is helping my decide what I should do

Today was pretty fun
1 Mile on treadmill 10min
My entire workout was a circuit basically hitting the heavy bag push ups sprints jumping jacks more bag hitting and kicking then weights, bench Backrow squats light weight ALOT OF REPS. I got s free pass to club ko so yea I threw up after the workout and had very horrible cramps in my abs legs it sucked.
But it was fun to switch it up.
Will weigh my self soon I'm feeling like a animal!

cramping it up? no bueno! you taking any added taurine to the day? i know it treated me well while on to keep back pumps at bay, not to mention if i had cramps on other things.

Yep took taurine. But I sweated so much yesterday that it just cramped my entire body up. I will most likely incorporate Gatorade diluted with sum water intra-workout.

SO today was my last workout of the cycle im down to my last 2 tabs.

Chest and Back

4 sets of 20 push ups Followed by 4 sets of 12 pullups.

Bench press 4 sets of 12 (went Heavy)
Dumbel Flys 4 sets of 20
Dips 4 sets of 15
Dumbell Press 4 sets of 6/8 (went heavy)

Back row Machine 4 sets of 20
Lat pulldown 4 sets of 20
barbell rows 4 sets of 12
Dead lifts moderate weight 4 sets of 12 to 15.

CRAZY PUMPED.

ok i started the cycle at 202 lbs 16%BF and finished at 210lbs at 16% BF thats 8lbs i gained im sure i could have dropped my body fat down alot more if my diet was dialed in 100% but i wasnt looking to cut i was looking to lean bulk.

as far as the delivery system cyclosome i think it works my last cycle was a very high dosage of 1 dhea from a different company with similar results.

PROS: ALOT OF STRENGTH AND LEAN MUSCLE GAINS

CONS: I WISH I HAD MORE TABS FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS
and i think it would be better idea to sell 1 bottle with the 120 tabs.

Side effects. ZERO besides back pumps and a little cramping but could easily be avoided i just waited to long to order taurine.

will i use again? YEP i love 1 dhea and im very vocal about it <3 my following cycle will be the new 4dhea with the 1andro and very high dosages. i have the $ so im willing to pay and i will be most likely logging that as well as i want my fellow high dosers to feel the love to! lol
