Does what its suppose to do. leaned me out and worked fantastic on a cutting cycle. Cut down on a lot of excessive water weight which is always nice for those quick results we all want to achieve.

Why bump a review? No need to take both. One or the other will do it's job, taking both would just be throwing away money imho.
