As the title says.. I will be doing a lean bulk. I have a months supply of each product, but want to do an 8 week run to get the most out of it. So I will be purchasing a bottle of each later on once I'm running low.
Currently I am running OG AnaBeta... which is amazing. But I'm going to stop that and start tomorrow with ABE, EP and Alphamine. I wont be dosing any OG AnaBeta because I feel 4 caps of ABE will be plenty.

Beta Alanine

Fish Oil
Vitamin C
Green Tea Extract
Multi
Citrulline Malate
REM PM (logging as well)
Dosing:
EP- 1 a.m.
ABE- 2 pre, 2 post
Alphamime- start one scoop in a.m... one scoop 4-6 hours later. Will move up to 2 scoops a.m. after a week or so.
Calories per day are at about ~4500 @ split of 40/40/20.
As I log, I will post diet somedays. I will log my workouts everyday though. As the log goes on, you will see my splits on my workouts.
Just a quick question also... would running SS Shift be beneficial on a lean bulk with this stack or not? I have a bottle but not sure if running on a lean bulk would be beneficial at all.
Looking forward to this log and seeing what gains I can make and see how lean I can stay on this stack while bulking up a bit.
