Lying Leg Curl @110 12, 11+partail, 9+partial

Single Leg Extensions @100x12/12, 110x12/12, 12/12

DB Stiff Legged Deadlift 65'sx12, 95'sx10

Did notice something tonight. I have noticeably more hair on my chest and forearms than I have ever had in my life. Not sure if that correlates with a boost in free test, but I would think it does.

Mine too :) Are you going to continue on with another bottle, Tony?

~Rosie~
Not at this time, am committed to a Combustion Log but will then be running the PES/USPLabs Stack including ErasePro and slamming some Pro Xanathine in there too.

Ok, final stats and review:

Start Weight 268, Ending weight 264 (down 4lbs)

Starting waist:44", Ending Waist: 41.5 (down 2.5 inches)

Starting Navel: 45.5 Ending Navel 42.5 (down 3 inches)

I started this run after 3 weeks of a Torem PCT (I know, should have been foru but ran out early for some reason). This stack certainly left no doubt that the test was up and running again. That being the case, I would highly recommend it for PCT for a mildly suppressive compound or tagging along with a SERM.

The stats and pics speak for themselves. Increased definition and vascularity, significant reduction on body fat.

Had no issues with gastro effects ( No stomach upset or aches) during this run. My focus was sharp and stayed on task during this run. Not quite alpha male feeling, but very confident and motivated. Libido was up also.

Long story short: PES, as usual, delivers (again).

Even though the change in overall body mass was not much, the change in girths WAS, and since that is a better indication (along with the mirror and how your clothes fit, if you cannot or do not have body composition stats to compare) of the difference in your body, and yes, they certainly do speak for themselves.

Thank you for keeping your log, and glad that you were happy with your time using Erase PRO :)
