For keto diets, is it cheat once every 3-4 days or cheat once every 6-7 days, thanks:veryhappy:

some people do carb refeed on the weekends to benefit from supercompensation. if you are really trying to use keto to cut down fat then just stay with no carb.

I do cyclic keto... 100 grams of carbs on mondays... :)

The question is too vague it really totally depends on goals, current fitness levels etc.

my current goal is fat loss while maintaining or gaining lean muscle tissue along the way.

No carbs during the initial phase of the diet for 2weeks. Afterwards carb refeed 6-7 days. For bulking purposes refeeds every 3-4 days are primarily utilized.
