Just ordered the Diesel AF shirt and another Dieselade. Missed out on the white shirt as I didn't see any promo button. I'm so impressed with Dieselade that I already ordered another tub - this doesn't happen that often with supplements.

Truthfully, the DOMS is not bad at all. I've been doing this routine for a while and I'm conditioned to withstand it.

Chest DOMS is low today. I kept the back warm for this session.

Dieselade continues to deliver with noticeable recovery improvement. I lift fasted and it keeps me feeling energized with no hunger pangs. It's also easy on the stomach. FTW!

Simply impressed with recovery and endurance with Dieselade. Hit it hard again. I'm feeling great in the chest area and a little uncomfortable with my legs but not anywhere near super sore.
