Hey guys and gals! I have officially leaped onto new grounds to reach my fitness goals! About 7 weeks ago I started working towards adding muscle after many years of cutting. It was suggested to me that Ostarine was probably one of my safest options out there! So, I wanted to run this log so that other women, who may be interested, can see my experience!

Training Kleen Machine Workouts Full body workouts 3x's a week with conditioning/cardio worked in pretty much Mon-Friday. I take the weekends off to be with my family.
Nutrition is based off of the bio rhythm diet. Low to no carbs until late afternoon/early evening. Calories are set to get leaner while gaining muscle.
Macros weight training days
200 protein
80 fats
235-260 carbs (depending on conditioning)
Non weight training days
200 protein
80 fats
125 carbs
