Hello everyone! Hopefully none of you are still in food coma!

Back to the grind today!

1.3 scoops of goodness and I was pounding the weights.

Workout Started at 11:05, and ended at 12:15.


-Energy was great for the whole exercise. No tingles this time, but I also had a big breakfast
-Pump Was ok
-Strength was Great!

Left arm feels ok. But figured I would wait one more day to do arms. Ended up doing legs! And NAILED IT!

no tingles was probably from the full stomach. Take on a empty stomach the effect will be a lot stronger.

A REAL nice shoulder workout today! 1.3 scoops and liking it alot!



- Energy always enough to power through the workout, and not too much to make me jittery.
- Strength was good.
- Vascularity is great!
- Recovery seems improved. Set to set performance was great!

This was a rather large workout with lots of moving around and bouncing. I will try to list it all!

Not the new one no. Thanks for all the replies. Yeah I have been really pushing myself lately. Its starting to show in the form of some muscle pain, and wrist pain, but nothing too bad. just a a little discomfort.

No workout today. Day off. Hopefully hit it hard for a chest day tomorrow.

I had some wrist problems several years ago, I started wrapping my wrist for heaving Benching and Presses, after awhile it went away and has not come back since. Keep hitt'in it you are doing a great job !

WELL!! Today was the best workout yet! 1.3 scoops and it was game on!
Good energy to power me all workout which lasted a grueling 1 hour and 4 mins!

Pump was there, energy was good, and strength was great!

I was tired as hell last night, Went to bed early. Got a pretty good sleep. I have 2 clients tonight so no workout.. But I have 2 hours tomorrow.

Getting the job done is what we like to hear! Great log so far!

I cant speak for jay084 but I typically rely on a quote i once read to use as some motivation to preform at a level that i would not typically expect. "if you really want something you will find a way, if not you will find an excuse."

This workout is not for the faint of heart!! I absolutely crushed myself!!

Driven helped me stay powered up for this 2hr and 15min workout! I have never gone this long.

At 1.5 scoops I got a crazy good workout

I really feel like 1 scoop is not enough. I don't know if I am that much of a junkie, or perhaps the blend is a little off.. I wonder what It would take to measure the content? Maybe a good idea for menace?

I think I would agree with this statement. I have noticed that when I am taking the 1.5 scoop I get everything I need but with one its just not getting it for me either. Us being junkies could play a part in it but I would think it would still be noticeable mabe.... As long as the 1.5 scoops work I say we keep it up!!

Today's workout was interrupted as usual when I workout at the gym I PT at. It happens. Still hit one PR though!!

Energy was pretty damn good today! I ate a bit of pasta at 3 and worked out at 5.

I was impressed how I had enough energy to keep going through a grueling cardio/strength workout!

Yesterday's workout was less than stellar. It was one of those days. I slept terribly due to being so sore from a new kettlebell workout that I did Monday.

The only muscle group not sore was chest and triceps. (or so I thought lol) I went hard on chest Saturday, so I didn't expect as much.

I was tired all day Tuesday, and 1.3 scoops of Driven was the only thing keeping me going to the gym.

Forgot to mention I was shown a new curl to build peaks! Was rough! Its an isometric exercise where you grab 2 10lb dumbbells and hold them in the up position points the inside part of wrist toward yourself, and flex your bicep as hard as you can for 6 seconds for 6 reps and 2 sets. I was shocked how much my biceps were hit, and forearms as well.

That is a large volume of work, how many calories a day you shoot for ?
