I would go with Cordygen5 120 minutes pre workout and then Cordyge-VO2 ULTRA 45 mins pre workout so your not throwing all this stuff in at once

how much should i take for Corgygen5? and how much for Cordygen v02 ultra? can i also take jack3d with those or not?

You can take the jack3d none of the ingredients overlap and just do recommended dosage on the cordygen products and if you can handle more then go for it!
