He was complaining that his tolerance for BA is extremely high and didn't get any tingly feelings with the N.O. IGNITE and so I told him next time I would spike his jug with enough BA to light his A$$ on FIRE, LoL!!!

First time ever I came back from vacation stronger. I usually come back very flat. Must of been alibis those extra carbs!

I really felt good tonight. Extreme focus. Good energy but no jitters. I really like that feeling. The cell shock is giving me amazing pumps. I appear to gain 10 lbs in the gym. That's a great feeling.

This was supposed to be a leg/shoulder day but my low back has been really bothering me and I've been unable to hook up with my chiro so I took the week off of legs. My hams are tight and that's part of the problem so I'm stretching and icing this week. For those who are following but don't know I had a major back injury about 5 years ago. I had 2 bulging discs, L1 and L2 and couldn't even lift my then newborn son. So, it's a disc issue for me but I can work around it if I'm careful. But, I don't let it stop me!

Actually felt really good tonight despite the back issue. Still feeling strong from my week long carb load. LOL. Oh and the rest probably didn't hurt.

Still getting excellent pumps from the Cell shock (and green poo) :D. Great focus from the N.O. Ignite. I may try a stack of Pro Xanthinine with the NO preworkout Friday this week just out of curiosity.

Also, between the Revolution Black PCT, the added DAA and the HCGenerate I've been running for my PCT my libido is ridiculous! I mean almost TOO much. Almost. :D I'm almost thankful that today is my last day of HCGen. The omission of Fadogia should alleviate it a little I think. That stuff jacks my libido up.

Lol. My diet has sucked since vacation so those 10lbs might come quick! Honestly I've been sloppy since vacation.

Thanks bro. My arms and shoulders are surely my strong points.

I always say I'm going to rip it down over the summer and I end up not wanting to lose anymore size. Lol at this point I'd like to start bulking for winter. I'm bigger and leaner than last year so I'm happy with the progress. But...of course I would like some more size.

Gotcha! All I know is this time around, when I hit my goal of exactly how lean I want to be (guessing it will be a few weeks after Halloween) I will switch my diet over to lean gains and give it until around April to see how much Mass I can put on while maintaining single digits for BF! I will not let it all go in vain this time like I have in the past, again though, I'm not really looking to mass up all that much, my legs are the only thing I want to add any serious mass to, the rest are minor tweaks (little more mass in my upper chest, a little more symmetry/roundness in my shoulders (mainly rear-delts), oh and calves are the same as legs, mass, mass and more mass, I personally do not think it is possible for my frame for me to ever believe my legs or calves are big enough, much less too big, LoL!

I hear ya bro, I think I can safely speak for most of the ladies & gentlemen on this forum when I say we are all artists in one shape or form and our canvas is our bodies and as an artist, we are constantly making changes and tweaks to make it our Masterpiece! IMO... everyone should consider bodybuilding a form of Art, for those who don't, I don't think they truly understand the sport and are usually the same judgmental individuals who typically mock &/or make fun of our beloved sport!

Thanks. I'm not really sucking it in. I thinks it's just the angle of that photo. I was twisting. I can see much more separation than pics ever show. You all know how that is. I was t really planning on doing pics for this log since it's mostly for a preworkout and thus I didn't really take any.

My weight loss was probably due to the other things I was running. That said, the vascularity I've see. Lately is from either the Cell Shock or NO. I'm going with the cell shock. The pump from that product is nothing short of awesome. And lately I've been adding additional DAA into my preworkout with NO Ignite. That's just an awesome mix.

Have you ever seen Stephen King's "IT"? I remember me, my ex-wife and 2 other friends were all watching it and it was right at a scary part in an old house we used to live in and right when a scary part was about to happen, another friend started banging on the door, we all jumped so high, LoL, it was so funny, I answered the door and we were all like you F-ing Son of a B..., he was like "What?" and then he saw that we were watching "IT" and he just started laughing at us, but the funniest part was that the friend who came over and scared the $hit out of us would not stay and finish watching the movie because of how bad he gets freaked out with Clowns!
