This was supposed to be a leg/shoulder day but my low back has been really bothering me and I've been unable to hook up with my chiro so I took the week off of legs. My hams are tight and that's part of the problem so I'm stretching and icing this week. For those who are following but don't know I had a major back injury about 5 years ago. I had 2 bulging discs, L1 and L2 and couldn't even lift my then newborn son. So, it's a disc issue for me but I can work around it if I'm careful. But, I don't let it stop me!
Actually felt really good tonight despite the back issue. Still feeling strong from my week long carb load. LOL. Oh and the rest probably didn't hurt.

. Great focus from the N.O. Ignite. I may try a stack of Pro Xanthinine with the NO preworkout Friday this week just out of curiosity.
Also, between the Revolution Black PCT, the added DAA and the HCGenerate I've been running for my PCT my libido is ridiculous! I mean almost TOO much. Almost.
I'm almost thankful that today is my last day of HCGen. The omission of Fadogia should alleviate it a little I think. That stuff jacks my libido up.
