It's been awhile but I'm back

okay so the last time I was actively visiting the forum I was working on gaining lean mass. Well I did just that. Since then I allowed my diet to go to hell in a hand basket. I put on 20 lbs of fat. So at this point I am ready to get back to business. Starting tomorrow morning my diet gets back on track. My workouts will consist of weight lifting in the mornings and interval cardio sessions after work. The cardio will be 3mins of intense work 30 seconds of rest and repeat... I place an order for some supplements I have the stack pack of T2, OxyElite and Erase on the way.

I just don't understand why I keep doing this to myself. As a teenager and 20 something I kept in shape all the time. Now that I'm in my late 30's I yoyo all because of discipline. I know better! Hell I have a degree in this stuff and was only 4 classes short of double majoring in nutrition.
