I want to see how much I can improve on bench press, Bench is by far my lest favorite to do. I am hoping to increase my bench and Reps. I feel this will be the best test to gauge Carnage. I want to thank MST for all the Samples and the Carnage!!! I am ready to get down!

To Increase my reps @ 225 ( Current reps 8 to 10) 15 or 18 would be geat~
