I am a 17-year-old male, 175cm tall, 80kg bodyweight and I am going on my first cut. After setting up a food budget and calculating calories and macros I ended up with a diet that has me in 500 calories deficit, from 2800(maintanance) to 2300(cut) with a total of 151g of protein. I was wondering if it is enough.
