Ok this is really starting to shine 2.5 weeks in.. Around the clock muscle fullness. Strength increases, pumps, eating above maintenance and growing but also leaning out noticeably. I am using it solo too.. I wish it wasnt so expensive bc I can't afford to drop 90 on one supp a month... I would consider it at $50-60 price point
I'm really filling in my shirts now especially in the arms and shoulders. I am also getting some great recovery from an old hip injury.. Feels like the tendons and ligaments are healing up
What is the recommended on/off time?
