I should be doing a lot of calistenics and cardio this week. It's time to really test the endurance these products add to your workout.
I stopped for a few days. Going to start it back up today. Like I said, it made me real sick. I just wanted to take a short break from it and change the dosing. I've been off of it for about 4 days.Did you stop the pSARM?
Ya I am a sissy. This stuff is pretty potent though.I see. Try the new split up dose. I think you got the new pSARM with a lower dose yohimbe too......man ur a sissy
J/K. When I first started it happend to me to but eventually went away.
.
I've been a little more "Irish" than normal (tobacco smoking, James Joyce reading) and I'm going to kick the tobacco. I normally smoke a little on the weekends, but I've been so bored lately. I tend to do it more when I read. For some reason they go together for me.
Ya ya. Laugh it up. I'll have to get some pictures of me out and about some nights. That will get you laughing.
Lol Yeah I always freak out about that as well. Just don't make it a habit.izza:I accidentily ate some trans-fat yesterday and now I'm freaking out.
Damn munchies at friends houses.
Ya I won't. I can't remember the last time (that I know of) where I had anything with trans-fat in it. I was just starving for some chips and I saw tostito type chips in his pantry and started munching. When I realized how much I had eaten I was like, "Hmmm, I wonder if there's trans-fat in these." I almost didn't look and was going to be delightfully ignorant, but I can't do that, so I looked and it had like 1g of transfat per serving. I almost cried. Took some CLA as soon as I got home.Lol Yeah I always freak out about that as well. Just don't make it a habit.izza:
Ya I'm pretty stoked about it.Damn IC nothing better than that. Congrats on getting a chance to log that stuff. I'll def be checking it out. Im getting back on the pSARM/Formadrol stack when my X-Factor log is over (which is going well so far)
I have been very interested in trying the Blue Gene as well. Seems like it could be a very solid product. Some of the products coming out now are starting to have lot of potential i think. I hope we see the day when you don't even have to use juice because the natural products will be so good, but we will see. come check out my epi log in the cycle info section if you want!I will be doing my A1 workout tomorrow. That's high-rep Chest/Hams/Arms/Calves. Workouts going great other than not being able to do a whole lot of cardio. Weight on my home scale (usually off by -3lbs) this morning was 164. Starting this log I was at 167, yet strength has gone UP. Weight down, strength up = good.
On a side note, I've been chosen to log both Palo Alto Lab's Anabolic Edge and Controlled Labs Blue Gene. I'll be running those logs when I run out of my LG Science products, so keep an eye out for those logs near the end of the month.

Glad to see you're in here, Snagency!I'm a bit late to this party, but log's looking good! You look pretty lean dude.
I've had some good results from Formadrol myself. Finish up strong!
Crushed the workout today.
Today was my "A2" workout. That's low-rep Chest/Hams/Arms/Calves. Took two scoops of CF pre-workout. Bench was up from last week, as was my endurance levels. SLDL was a lot more stable this week. I didn't feel as wobly as last week, but I did the same weight and reps. Did 20 minutes on the bike after lifting. I'm trying to get my bench somewhere respectable, but it will take some time. I've always been a weak bencher. I don't know why. The most I've done is 275x1, and that was a while ago. I MAY be able to do that now, but I doubt it. I did 220x3 today; however, the good thing is that since my weight dropped so much, 220x3 on bench @ 167lbs is a lot better than 225x3 on bench @ 220lbs. So I have that going for me.
I have always been a weak bencher as well. Im about 194 or so and can only put up 275 i think like 3 or 4 times. Never been strong on bench for some reason. Logs lookin good bro and glad ur enjoying the products!
When you get done with your current training scheme, you might want to think about a bench-strength focused routine for awhile, if you want to bump that up.I did 220x3 today; however, the good thing is that since my weight dropped so much, 220x3 on bench @ 167lbs is a lot better than 225x3 on bench @ 220lbs. Ya. Over 50lbs from when I first started cutting. I started cutting in mid-November of '07, then PAL sponsored a log of mine for their Leviathan Reloaded. Haven't looked back since. Good grief man, you dropped that much bodyweight?
Ya, I had it for about 2 years. Shaved it last month. May grow it back again come winter. I like to play around with the facial hair.Holy shiznit dude! I just saw your before pics.. awesome job brother! Done in a good timeframe too. Big props.
You looked pretty damn Irish with that big ol' beard going on!
Thanks. Still have plenty of work to do. Hopefully I can accomplish a lot of it in the next couple months in my AE and BG logs.GOOD LORD. I just saw your before pics too. You obviously know what you are doing in the gym & kitchen, great work man. Keep reading that James Joyce, Tim Finnegan :-D
It was totally my pleasure. I really enjoyed it. Using the products really got me back in the bodybuilding mindset again. I'm ready to hit it real hard this Fall. I'm really excited. My drop in weight has really helped add energy and enthusiasm to my workouts again. I finally remember what it's like to feel good about myself without a shirt on. Haha. Thanks for the log and review. I like the detail and honesty! I again want to thank you for taking the time.
I look forward to following your new logs also!
