Strength shot wayyy up today. Did an easy +2 reps on squats from last week. Gym was real hot today for some reason and I got a headache so I didn't do any cardio.

Strength is really seeing an improvement! Horray for LG Sciences! While the pSARM gave me some nasty side-effects, the Formadrol and Cold Fusion combo really seems to be doing the trick.

I stopped for a few days. Going to start it back up today. Like I said, it made me real sick. I just wanted to take a short break from it and change the dosing. I've been off of it for about 4 days.

Ya I am a sissy. This stuff is pretty potent though.

I'm loving this combination, though. My endurance level is up and strength is up. What more can you look for in a supplement stack? I'm definitely a firm believe in the new LG lineup.

Didn't get to do any cardio today. I just moved and am in the middle of switching gyms. I've just been bumming rides with friends to go to their gym and try to get a free workout as a guest. I've been to like four different gyms in the last week. So far I haven't missed a lifting day, but cardio hasn't been nearly as on as I would like. Fortunately my diet is solid and am still in a deficit (I think???) nor have I been cheating, so the cardio isn't as necessary.

I've been a little more "Irish" than normal (tobacco smoking, James Joyce reading) and I'm going to kick the tobacco. I normally smoke a little on the weekends, but I've been so bored lately. I tend to do it more when I read. For some reason they go together for me.

Got my workout in today. Did my A2 workout. Low-rep Chest/Hams/Arms/Calves. Stairstepper for 20mins.

Went up slightly on my bench. Everything else pretty much stayed the same. I have some shin splints from running and the SLDLs were pretty wobly.

Started back on the pSARM yesterday. Getting in 4 caps again. Have a little headache from my last dose. Took some BC powder to help with that.

I've been pimping LG Sciences out to people recently. Hopefully your sales will go up.

Diet was solid today with the exception of some drink in the evening. I went out to eat with the fam at a local seafood joint, but avoided the cheese bread. Mind you, this stuff is incredible. I avoided it at all costs. Back in my "bulking" days I ate a lot of it when we went here. Lucky Snapper is the name of the joint.

Today wasn't really a training day so nothing really to report. I had a decent bit of Jameson and a Guinness when I got home, though. Had steak and asparagus for dinner.

Tomorrow is B2. That's low-rep Quads/Delts/Back/Traps.

Here are some pictures I just took. I really think this stack is helping to add some LBM and has also dried me out a noticeable amount. Lifts are going up a little quicker than normal, and endurance levels have picked up quite a bit. I know I have mentioned this before, but I am on a calorie deficit! That's insane for this to happen when on a cutting diet.

LG Sciences has really hit the mark with these supplements.

Workout went real well today. Things were pretty steady. Even though I did hi-rep squats earlier this week, my low-rep squats were not affected today. Normally when it's rotated in this manner my low-rep lifts suffer. Endurance level is still up. I didn't sweat today as much as I normally do when I lift.

I accidentily ate some trans-fat yesterday and now I'm freaking out.

Ya I won't. I can't remember the last time (that I know of) where I had anything with trans-fat in it. I was just starving for some chips and I saw tostito type chips in his pantry and started munching. When I realized how much I had eaten I was like, "Hmmm, I wonder if there's trans-fat in these." I almost didn't look and was going to be delightfully ignorant, but I can't do that, so I looked and it had like 1g of transfat per serving. I almost cried. Took some CLA as soon as I got home. :(

Weight on my home scale (usually off by -3lbs) this morning was 164. Starting this log I was at 167, yet strength has gone UP. Weight down, strength up = good. :)

On a side note, I've been chosen to log both Palo Alto Lab's Anabolic Edge and Controlled Labs Blue Gene. I'll be running those logs when I run out of my LG Science products, so keep an eye out for those logs near the end of the month.

Damn IC nothing better than that. Congrats on getting a chance to log that stuff. I'll def be checking it out. Im getting back on the pSARM/Formadrol stack when my X-Factor log is over (which is going well so far)
Ya I'm pretty stoked about it.

I'm loving this stack I'm on, though. I don't know a whole lot about the compound that makes up Formadrol, but the combination of the three really is incredible. I wasn't expecting this from it. I've noticed Cold Fusion doesn't really offer any stim effect, but after reviewing all the ingredients and reading up on it, I wouldn't really even consider it a pre-workout drink. It's just an all around great muscle builder formula. I've never mixed both BA and creatine together, let alone everything else that's in it. Works great!

Well I'm finally a member at a gym where I just moved back to. It was a toss up between a few different gyms. It's nice to actually have a home gym again after two weeks of paying daily fees at different places.

Got a good workout in today. Strength was up again on most lifts. Most noticeably on my Good Mornings. I'll be hitting an hour of cardio tomorrow afternoon.

I think this supplements really help to aid me while in a calorie deficit, mainly in the strength department.

Got a great cardio day in today. I really like the new equipment at my new gym. I call it my "new" gym, but I actually previously worked there for 2 1/2 yrs.

Anyways, as I've mentioned previously, my cardio endurance is up a good amount which I feel is because of some of the components in the Cold Fusion.

I've got about a little over a week left of each of these products. Hopefully this is where I will see a big increase in strength.

The LG stack continues to provide some great benefits. My squat strength went up again from last week. Another rep on each set. I definintely was worn out and ready to puke after doing high-rep squats today...That's a good thing! As long as I don't puke I'm always happy. I hate having to eat again, though.

I dropped my weight on the shoulder exercises to allow for greater concentration. I felt like I was throwing the weight around too much with the weight I was using before. So although I dropped weight on that exercise, it wasn't because I felt weaker, I just thought it wise.

I skipped my post-lifting cardio today. I just really wasn't in the mood. I may go back later to do it, but I don't feel like a failure for skipping it. My cals are already considered a "cutting" diet, and I don't plan on cheating at all today. Tomorrow is a cardio day, so I'll just work extra hard then.

Got in an hour of cardio today. Took one scoop of CF pwo. Did twenty minute rotations on the treadmill/stairmill/bike.

On the treadmill I put on my backpack and tossed a 25 lb plate in it. I put it on a 13% incline at 3.0mph pace. Normally I do 15% @ 3.2, but since I added the weight the extra incline hurt my back a little. It was a great twenty minutes on that.

Stairmill, piece of cake; however, that doesn't mean I didn't sweat my butt off.

Bike, a breeze. First ten minutes were a little more aggro, the last ten was sort of a cool down.

It was a GREAT cardio day. Endurance was up, stamina was up, and my mood was great. I felt a lot stronger today, especially on the treadmill with the added weight. I really felt so work being done in my glutes, hams, and calves.

While I was switching to the bike, this real cute girl that works at the gym tried to strike up conversation with me, but I was so in the zone I didn't really even respond much. Normally I would flirt a little, but not today. Ten seconds later I was pissed at myself. Bleh. Whatever. I see her there all the time.

I did 220x3 today; however, the good thing is that since my weight dropped so much, 220x3 on bench @ 167lbs is a lot better than 225x3 on bench @ 220lbs. So I have that going for me.

Actually that's not a bench to be ashamed of at all. I've always heard the benchmark for a decent bench is 1.5x bw for 1RM, so I would think you're there. The exceptional bench area comes at 2x bw, where not a lot of the population can touch. Anything above that becomes truly exceptional - the guys that do 3x bw are just plain freaks of nature..

When you get done with your current training scheme, you might want to think about a bench-strength focused routine for awhile, if you want to bump that up.

Good grief man, you dropped that much bodyweight?

Ya. Over 50lbs from when I first started cutting. I started cutting in mid-November of '07, then PAL sponsored a log of mine for their Leviathan Reloaded. Haven't looked back since. Ya, I had it for about 2 years. Shaved it last month. May grow it back again come winter. I like to play around with the facial hair.

I just had a big freakin' steak burger, fries, about a loaf of dark bread with some sugary glaze, a coffee with two shots of Jameson, and 4 pints of Irish Red homebrew from the pub. Talk about a cheat meal. Yumm. Back on track tomorrow.

Today should be a good rest day. Just went grocery shopping and picked up some sushi along with my normal foods. I'll probably munch on that a little here and there. I think I'm just going to vedge out and watch a movie.

Nearing the end of the log. Still have a little Cold Fusion and Formadrol left. My complete product reviews will be made tomorrow.

Thanks. Still have plenty of work to do. Hopefully I can accomplish a lot of it in the next couple months in my AE and BG logs.

Final Review of LG Sciences Stack

Cold Fusion: I'm going to give this a 9/10. I really loved this mixture of ingredients. Even though it's a proprietary blend and I don't know the exact dosage, I know that it's solid. I could feel the BA tingles, got the creatine and AAKG pumps, etc. It was great. I really liked how it wasn't necessarily a pre-workout product, but rather just a mixture of a lot of proven ingredients to aid in endurance, size, and strength.

Formadrol Extreme: This is an easy 9/10. It's probably my favorite AI that I have tried. It gave me more strength gains than ATD, and I liked it a heck of a lot more than 6-bromo. I don't know how it is for gyno treatment or anything like that, but I feel dry, lean, and solid on this product.

pSARM: This was sort of the "I still don't know" type supplement. I'm going to give it a 6/10. I think it would be great in a long cycle, say maybe 8-10 weeks. The main problem is the stomach issue. If you can force yourself to get over it, or if you just plain don't have issues, that's great. Add it by all means. If you have a sensative stomach, you will probably not feel so great after taking it.


All in all, I'm giving the entire stack an 8.5/10. I honestly haven't taken any OTC stack that has brought me more increase in strength and endurance. Add in a thermo and this would be incredible. I haven't tried LG Sciences thermogenic, but I'm sure it's solid. This is definitely the best stack out there that I have tried. I thank Distilled Water a hundred times over for letting me log this. It has really changed LG Sciences in my eyes. They have really proven themselves to me, and I will no doubt be repping these products whenever given the chance. Formadrol Extreme is my new AI of choice, and I will definitely be using Cold Fusion again as well.

It was totally my pleasure. I really enjoyed it. Using the products really got me back in the bodybuilding mindset again. I'm ready to hit it real hard this Fall. I'm really excited. My drop in weight has really helped add energy and enthusiasm to my workouts again. I finally remember what it's like to feel good about myself without a shirt on. Haha.
