Not sure if this is a benefit of Invictus or not but my veins are coming in places I've never seen before. I'm 265ish and I'm seeing chest veins and loving every minute of it...switched up this week as next week I'll be starting my college football program in attempt to get back into linebacker shape, 235-240 lean mean machine. Today's workout was great and had a sick pump

Hit a back workout, it's the last week of school and the behavioral kids are starting to get to me. I have more than likely gained a few pounds back due to starting my summer job back up and working 6:45-3:30 then 4-9, soooo meals have been the best thing that's available, I would rather go this week and go back up a few pounds than starve and drop my strength which happens to me easily if I drop my carbs too quickly. Hit a back workout today. I am ready to get started with this football program, officially will start Monday and then I head out to AZ for five days of vacation.

I hear you! Weather here in MO hasn't felt like summer yet though. Some days it's in the 80's but it's typically been rainy/low 70's. Can't swim in cold water!

Summer has started and I've been on vacation for a week in AZ, I will be back to the Midwest on Monday and will give my final review of Invictus ...looking forward to running this for another four weeks of VII-KT

Yup! Super hot but I like the dry heat better than the humid Midwest heat and its 90+ back home with humidity. Family is moving next week so have to take advantage of their place in AZ and golfing at TPC Stadium
