Ive been 'offline' for a while now due to a lower back injury (not lifting related) so I wasnt logging in. I was still training but at a very minimal (ultra low weight). and not squatting or deadlifting at all..
So Ive been back at it for 2 weeks now, last week almost full weight, this week full gorilla and I hit a Deadlift PR and a Squat PR.
405lbs DL and 315lbs Squat (3 reps at that).
Anyone want to share their chest routine with me? I am making good progress on everything except my bench (I cant even bench 2 plates!).
Hope these newbie gains dont quit anytime soon (started lifting april this year).
