So for Christmas Santa decided to give me a chance to log iFORCE Tropinol. This is a sponsored log, I received 2 bottles and will be posting mostly the day after i lift, I am posting on other sites, but i will just copy the one i put on here.
Background:
23 yo male
220-225 lbs depending on food lol
goal : get bigger
education : Nuclear medicine, currently attending school for Physician Asssitant
note: PA school fyi, I have 20.00 credited hours and 24.00 lab hours, just sayin cut me some slack if i re arrange my schedule sometimes
Location: central PA
previous lifting experience: since HS football, I learned how to lift was about 170 , got serious when I was like 19 or 20 and am currently 220-225
Type of lifting: Hard to tell, somewhere in the mix of a powerlifter and a bodybuilder, I am a stickler for form unless the weight is deliberately designed to be to heavy (on set cheat curls for example with 135)
Now i have to admit I am like the ANTI- friday night lifter though. My least favorite thing to lift is arms, particulary Bi's, and abs.... Im much more into squats, benching, front squats, ive tried to improve my deadlft
My build does not however look like a powerlifter, ill post a pick as soon as i can get someone here to take a photo of me probably tomorrow.

Bicep curls : No im just joking, i dont keep track of this and if you do, we probably wont get along, No curling in the Squat rack
Current/nagging injuries
Left shoulder rubs and clicks, gets sore- have been dealing with for about a year or two - did initially drop my bench way down, slowly working back up hitting 335 now- starts to hurt the shoulder
right knee clicks feels week every time i flick my foot or squat - I use wraps and it helps
Left hipflexor - really really sore - does effect squat , i feel like i could easily get more weight but getting out of the whole kills my hip flexor
Diet: Um, Idk Lots of meat, Mostly clean carbs, i dont really like junk food candy ect.. Not super clean, F it i like cinnamon toast crunch in the morning get off my back im trying to get big sonsie.

What i honestly expect? since its a test booster, about 1/2- 1/3 of the claims no offense to anyone but even if a 1/4 of the claims are true this product will be awesome. I have faith in iForce, Maximize, and Apidoxil were both impressive for me , why would anything change

LEG DAY - my favorite
* F*ed up I didnt bring my knee straps or belt, so i have to go lighter on squats*
Squats: Warm up bar
Set 1 : 135 x 15
Set 2: 225 x 10
set 3: 315: 8
set 4: 365: 5
Drop set down back to 135 to finish them off, starting at 315
- I tend to do this for a lot of lifts
Felt strong for this, I chickened out of doing 405 b/c I didnt have straps or a back belt, yea i know its weak but my knees been botherin me
Leg Press:
* Note we dont have one at school, so this is the first time in 4 motths ive done it*
Set 1 : 440 lbs x 10
Set 2: 620 lbs x 8
Set 3: 800 lbs x 8
set 4: 980 lbs x 6
Decided to let this go for now, my legs were really swole, felt good, probably looked like someone stuck a stick up my a..
Calve presses on leg press machine
idk this numbers exactly the first one was 440, then i think i just added a plate to each side for 4 sets
-again i like doing calfs this way but havent done them in a while it felt good
Front Squats
I put my heals on a 10 lb plate:
135x 12
185 x 8
225 x 4
135x 8
I didnt go very hard on these b/c of not having a belt, i need to get one im pissed
Straight Leg dedlift
135 x 10
155x 8
165x 5
-one of my weaker lifts, have always had hamstring troubles, shoulkd have done another set
Standing calf raise (Machine)
140 - 200 -240
to failure each set
Laying hamstring curls
90x15
100x10
120x 8
All values 0-10 (5 being average, not really notable either way)
Training Intensity: 7 (this picked up later in the lift, but early it was a new gym so idk i always get a little distracted)
Recovery Time: 6 - my last set of squats felt stronger then normal, ill let u know how quick my legs recover, they are on fire as of now (next day)
Aggression: 6 - more likely to be due to the fact im kinda arguing with someone about where im gonna live for clinicals for school next year than anything
Strength increase: 6 Possible, my last set of squats seemed easier then normal
Muscle Gain: ? not yet
Libido: 5 ....nothing special ive noticed, i wont see my g/f for like 2 weeks so ill let you know then, didnt really have any increased thoughts or desire as of now; still to early
Other notables: nothing of note yet; no stomach discomfort which is always an A+ no matter what the product is
