IBE Protomax / CEL 11 Sterone cycle

Well here we go.
My 1st cycle of 2011
Made the decision to go with Protomax and 11 sterone
will run the cycle for 5 weeks
looking to drop BF and maintain muscle but gaining a little muscle is welcome to if it happens.
current weight 275
BF currently 25%
will be dropping cals down top 3k per day
cycle will look like this

11 Sterone 300/450/450/450/450
Proto 50/50/50/50/50 (might kick the proto to 75 i everythin working well - have enough to up the dosage)

I will log everyday and give details
Anybody in for the ride?
taking 1st dosage tonight

this is not my 1st cycle
have done several ph's in the past and Proto is by far my favorate
well at least when I force was making it - this is my 1st run with IBE's

cant wait to get to week 2 -3 to start feeling this stuff kick in.

looks good. Protomax raised my blood pressure so have some supports for that also protect your liver.

I ran a pretty in depth Proto cycle and logged it on one of the big big boards. W/ your size I see no problem amping it up to 75mg if not 100 that last couple weeks. I would say get some extra liver support even though its billed as "safer" on the liver its still a methyl

took my 1st serving of proto 25 and 11-s 150 with breakfest and the second serving around 4:30 with my afternoon snack
nothing to report as this is the 1st full day of taking the compounds
heading to the gym in about an hour.
if anything good to report will once I return from the gym

DAY 1

Todyas work out was great - Shoulder iso work
Felt pretty trong and had good endurance
was suprised with the endurance as there was no pre-workout agent for that energy.
nothing major to report.
just had a great workout that my stack had nothing to do with
will weigh myslef in the morning on the house scale and will report weight daily

So something was wrong with the server when I logged on yesterday. There was nothing really to report on day2 anyway. Took servings as described 50 proto - 300 sterone

DAY 3

Took both servings as normal today for the 1st week of the cycle
diet was pretty clean until about a 1/2 hour ago had some pasta for dinner.
maybe a little more then I should have.
got scale this morning and reading 274
will use this weight to measure things going forward.
not much to report today as far as workout goes or sides a this point
Work out was great today though
Felt really strong on lifts
had to change my workout schedual around becaause of work so instead of starting my workout week on Sunday
I will start the weeks on Saturday.
So today did shoulders again (thats tice in 3 days)
they felt good though
strong shoulde press seated behind the neck got my last set 205 X 8
this was pretty good not a PR but near.
will con't to post daily
Can't wait till then end of week 2 when this log really gets good and going.

DAY 4

Weight 274
Dosage Proto - 50mg / 11 Sterone 300mg
Cals 3300

SIDES: Nothing to report here as of yet - libido might be up just a tab but nothing really noticable. NO issues here to report

Felt great today. Shoulders where a little sore from yesterdays work out but nothig to bad. Todays workout was back and bi's. Felt strong today in the gym all lifts up from last week and felt good. Dont think this has anything to do with the cycle , this has to be all mental. Did't have the endurance like normal but the wieght was moving in the gym today. Got a great pump and left the gym feeling huge. arms still pumped from a workout about 2hrs ago.

NOt much more to report at this time
log ill get more detailed as things start to happen.

DAY 5

Dosage Proto - 50 / 11 Sterone - 450 (upped the 11 today felt fine)
Cal. approx3k

Call me crazy but the Proto def showed its head today. WOrk out was great. All lifts up and had good stamina. Everything felt lighter today and my strength was great. Got a real good pump and I can start to feel mega male effect from the proto.
Felt like I could lift anything today. I would normally say that this is too soon to fell the effect but it really has started to kick in. Libido seems to be fine. no issues with no back pumps. No sides to report at all.

Woke up 7:30 for work
Had 1 oz turkey sausage with 1 1/2 cup of egg beaters
20 oz water
25 mg proto
175m 11 sterone

2 fat free chabone yogart

8oz salad with tbls of ranch dressing topped with grilled chicken

4:30 protein bar (ohyeah) 3 pices of beef jerkey

i had zero sides on proto until i went to 100mg in week 6, some fatigue at higher dosing. i rate proto as one of the most side free ph's i ever ran.

DAY 11

because of work had to take a few days off from the gym so hadn't worked out since Wed. TO add to missing a few days from the gym had 2 beers yesterday and 2 on Friday. I ussully never drink when on cycle but couldnt hold out as fmilt was in town and was celebrating. On top of all of that ate complete crap (well it was moms cooking - far from crap but as dieting goes it was crap) yesterday. Never the less dropped 1 lb. since my last weigh in on the scale. Weight this morning 274 this morning.

Today thus far diet has been on point.
took 25 m proro (will be taking the other 25m later)
took 175m 11 (will take the other 175 later - this stuff is expensive 1 bottel nearly done, got 2 but may order a 3rd just to make sure I get the 6 weeks.)

work out today was good. Nothing great was a little weeker today
worked chet and arms today
was a listtle short on last set of bench press
however had good endurance durring the work out and completed the entire wokout with a really nice pump
the mirror effect has started to show just a tad
looked a little tighter and and slightly leaner this morning so this is a grea thing
will be completely focuse from hee on in as I complete the cycle.

DAY 12

Proto has completly kicked in.
All lifts are way up everything seemed real light today
worked back and tri's today
got a great all around pump and completed the entire workout
muscle seem to be tight an d things are starting to look dofferent in the mirror
got 2 compliments today in the gym about lookign bigger
shirts are starting to feel tighter in the arm area
not so sure fat is coming off just yet
the scale is reading that I gained 3 pounds since start -must be god weight as there is some clear definition starting to show
today I started to feel a litle tiered
was in a 3 hour meeting and must have missed about 1/2 hour of it.
not sure if this is the cycle or if this is just a result of a boring meeting.
no sides to report at all
skin / libido / headaches / back pumps/ mood - nothing
everything is working out just fine
checked my stash today and I have enough to run the proto @ 50mg per day for a total o 4 more weeks for a complete run of 6 weeks
or I can kick the proto to 75mg next week and run 1 week there and finish the cycle @ 5 weeks
I'm leaning towrads the 6 weeks but I ussually never run anythigng longet then 4 weeks
IDK what do some of you guys think.

ALso dropped my cals to 2500 today
gonna go there for a little while - prob well into summer.
wanna get the fat of the belly
so far so good.
All is well
Cant wait till I can see big changes.

DAY 15

hings are really working out good.Loof leaner for sure and the scale is now starting to work in my favor todays weight 272
so I like that and hope the scale keeps heading in a downward trend
all lifts are up
hit a pr on seated shoulder press last nigt
last set got 225 X 6 behind the neck
thats following 3 sets of 205 for 10
Thats bananas for me
shoulders look a lot more defined
stomach looks flatter but the love handles now stick out further
no sides to report at all
nothing libido/mood/energy/joints - nothing
decided that I wil go the next 2 weeks of proto @ 75
then finish off the final week @ 50
that gives me 5 week total cycle
will be ordering another bottel of 11 sterone
everything is working well
will be starting the 75m proto tomorrow
excited to see how I react to it.
