I need m1t help

So i was taking a 10mg cycle of m1t's and was getting regular side effects like lethargy and everything seemed okay i got to my third day and i got really sick and vomited the whole night and had diarhea and temperature i may have caught a bit of the flu maybe but wanted to see if anyone has experienced this or i should just stop taking them?

It probably has something to do with something you ate. You probably got food poisoning. I did a couple cycles of M1t in 2004, and itchy nipps is the worst it got for me, along with headaches, and lethargy.
