Saturday was shoulder-focus, highlights were hitting some light logpress for the first time since January and then strictpressing 155 for sets of 8 after. Also curled 20s for the first time since bicep surgery.
This morning was squat, after 4 doubles with 355 took it for a set of 8. Hyperextensions, db rows, glute-ham raises rounded out the posterior work.
