So I finally got this in today. I already took 3 caps of each. I am pretty sure you are supposed to spread out the HPTA, but I went ahead and took two. I will post more information after a while when I get the time.

I will be dosing these just like the bottles say to. Three caps of VOLUME in the morning and before sexual activity, and one cap before bed if no sexual activity. Three caps of HPTA spread out through the day. I will keep track of sleep quality, sex drive, energy levels, and "volume". Lol

I will be starting a cycle in a couple of weeks that I have had planned for a while. since there was some shipping problems I had expected to be done with the Ironstack by now, but I have it now and should finish it up right about the time as everything starts kicking in for with the cycle.

I also got a bottle of Psyched with this so I will be logging that as well.
