I tried to search for this but the search function keeps locking up the app.

I was wondering what is a good dosage for milk thistle? Is there a "too much" window? I have read multiple articles and they all say something different... one says 200mg, another says anything more than 600mg a day is too much, one said up to a 1000mg is safe, etc

Looking for actual users and user information.

Thanks in advance...

I’d probably just start at 200 and go from there. But like said above if you’re looking for liver support definitely Tudca would be the way to go.

I've taken Milk Thistle for over a year. I tried the Walgreens version and the only available bottle was 1000mg,
Maybe I remember that wrong but I have taken it twice a day.....A friend told me that it was good to "keep things
moving" when your protein intake is high....So I assumed it was a fiber type of supp. Good to know it helps the liver.
