Alright, here it goes. Shout out to @Smont & @Hyde for some education on orals.

Start date: 1/02/23
Current stats: 195lbs - 18%ish BF (38M)
Goals: Recomp - Whatever that ends up at.
Past compounds: Test E, Sustanon, Masteron, Tbol, Anavar, Dbol, Tren A
Notes on past cycle: Been a long time since I used gear.
Sides from past gear: Bloat at 500mg and over Test. Never used AI. No acne, no gyno, no mood swings. Positive attitude.
All-time high stats: 215lbs at 10% bf

Bitiron (T3/T4): 25mcg T3 / 100mcg T4
HCG: (250iu Pinned MWF) Weeks 3-12
Gear notes: Everything was purchased from very legit sources with independent testing. (I don't disclose sources)

Supplements (Daily):
2g Fish Oil
200mg Coq10
Tudca 1g
NAC 500mg
Taurine (as needed, but likely daily)
Vitamin D3 5000iu
Selenium 200mcg (helps convert T4 to T3 related to Hashimotos - see below)

AIs: Aromasin 20 tabs (25mg), Caber 24 tabs (.5mg), Raloxifene 100tabs (60mg)
Notes: Likely 12.5mg Aromasin EOD and .25mg Caber EOD

PCT: Nolva and Clomid (standard 4 week) (have two PCTs on hand) Will run Mk-677 through out pct.

Meds (Daily):
Atorvastatin 20mg (hereditary cholesterol)
Notes: Runs about 265 total with no meds and a clean diet. With a low dose, it runs at 150 in total.

Viagra 25mg (Raynaud's syndrome)
Notes: Nothing. Just an autoimmune disease but also helps with BP.

Levothyroxine 50mcg (Hashimoto's disease)
Notes: Recently diagnosed but finally dialed in meds. Helped with energy, weight loss, and increased metabolism. Will replace this with bitiron for more effects.

Macros goal: 240g protein / 120g carbs (40g fiber) / 75g fat - Total calories 2100 (might increase slightly)
Notes: 7 meals a day, very high protein meals 1 - 6, and meal 7 with family portion controlled.

Lifting:
5x days a week:
Push/Pull/Legs - Hypertrophy
Upper/low - Heavy

Cardio:
Mild Elliptical 5x a week for 30 minutes.

Thoughts: I decided to go with High Test Low Tren as I wanted to start slow with Tren. I have read 1000s of posts about variations. I also feel like based on what I read the opposite dosage working well is because spikes in E2 cause flairs in progesterone. I could be wrong but I am a lab rat trying to experiment. I am going to be treating this with Aromasin and Caber. My goal is to balance my levels by more frequent pinning and lower dose but more frequent AIs (this is something I am open to advise on). The goal is to help mitigate sides by having more stable blood levels. I also picked an oral (Tbol) that does not convert, I also like Tbol from my past. I also enjoy the athletic ability and aesthetics from it, so I am hoping it will offset some of the issues with Tren. The increase in T3/T4 was due to hearing that Tren decreases the production of this. Other thoughts are that the HCG could spike E2 and is something I need to watch for and increase Aromasin as needed.

Pre-cycle test run. Wanted to just go through a test run as it has been a minute since I have used gear.

- Tried to draw Test E into 29g 1/2in Slin pin. Didn't work (which I am not surprised about). The oil was cool. I have it in my basement. I have a 25g 1.5in 3mil needle. I tried that. Worked super easily. I want to move pin sites around, so I feel like I need some 5/8 or 1-in 3ml so I can pin shoulders. Before that, I will try heating oil with some warm water to see if what I have works.

Glad I ran a test run. Will be ready for Monday.

I would think for the sarmlings who want to read what he took and how it changed him. Pretty much just see beginning and end and don’t have to read the whole thing?

Just saw some others doing it, though it was worth saving just incase... Reading is where you get the full knowledge.

I really think it’s so others can be like yeah this guy did this and he did that without reading the log. But who knows I do it as well. I like looking juicy and tan for you peeps to knock. Lol jk this cart has got me higher than Elon will ever get.

Precycle notes. I wanted to mention 2 things. First the serious, then the funny.

I pinned into my shoulder .25ml of 200mg/ml Tren E into my left shoulder and .5ml 300mg/ml Test E into the glute (so 50mg Tren E and 150mg Test E). I wanted to see what the pip is like independently so that I can understand if there is more going on down the line, such as infection etc as this is my first time using this supplier. Consider this a preload or what you want but I feel it was a smart thing to do in preparation for Monday.

Second note funny story. I went in search of some new needles as I found out the 29g slin just doesn't pull the oil. I went to Walmart and they literally handed me 100 - 25g 1inch 3mil pins for free. They told me it was left over from COVID. I told them it was for TRT. It was strange walking out the door with them but hell yeah...

I always see it in logs but just never understood it.

Or are you saying at the end you go back and insert the before and after photos in that spot?

Ya that's it, I think most ppl never actually finish there logs or forget to go back. Or there unhappy with there results so they don't update.

Everyone likes to wait for perfect pictures but I use to do the opposite. I would put up the worst most unflattering photo possible, then every update looks like progress lol

Ya maybe just cold then. I warm mine up in the sink most of the time too.

Il run some warm water while I'm in the shower, hop out, swipe the top with alcohol and draw and inject with a slin pin most the time.

Recomping on 2100kcal? That seems very low. Do you have a low TDEE due to Hashimotos?

Just realized you’re talking about taking .25mg of Caber eod - do not do that, unless you find it necessary by working up to it. Caber is often sufficient at that dose 2x a week - I know 3.5x/wk doesn’t sound like much more, but it’s 75% more drug exposure over 2x to a VERY powerful drug that changes the way your brain works.

Many people don’t need Caber at all, or won’t for a while onto the cycle, provided estrogen is managed and they take a few hundred mg of P5P daily.

See if you start having gyno irritation or trouble ejaculating first (and not because it’s your third time jacking off that day because you’re on test & Tren, but like you can’t finish even eod).
Caber increases impulsive & addictive behavior and can promote heart enlargement, and it can cause some mild depression when you cease use. It’s a great tool that works well, but it’s too serious to use as a prophylactic. Hold off and see if you need it.

Recomping on 2100kcal? That seems very low. Do you have a low TDEE due to Hashimotos?
100% this. My TDEE was fucked but getting better. My maintenance was 1600 calories 6 months ago. Now its really about 2200 - 2300. Which is insane for how much I exercise. For my cycle i am accounting for slight overage despite messuring things out. The T4 I am prescribed helped a lot. I might be under estimating what I need with the add-on of the T3. I'll adjust if needed. I am pretty in the with what maintenance. That is what made me catch Hashimotos. I knew something was wrong.

1st real pin. Everything went smoothly. I did sleep like **** last night. Getting a workout in now. So far about 8 minutes but should. The official starting weight is 195.9.

Only question I have is when to start a minimal AI and low dose caber? I know it takes a minute for things to build but also want to stay on top of it. Just thinking ahead.

Totally missed it. Thanks for the call out. Will hold off until I have any symptoms. I know I get insane bloat on 500mg and above test. First cycle I blew up 35lbs. Lots of water weight.

I will work in the Aromasin starting next week. Maybe like 6.25 2x a week.

That will probably be fine, BUT I’d still wait for some water retention to show. You’ll know when you are bloating.

I have aromatized differently over the years.

Few observations:

So technically I have done two pins because I did the "test out" amounts and the first real pins. Very little pip from those but what I have notice is increase in heart rate. Prior to any thyroid meds my resting heart rate was 56, after prescribed dose of T4 it went to 62bpm. I had already started the T3/T4 dose slightly prior to cycle starting (two weeks) and my resting heart rate went to 74bpm. Since adding Tren/test I have notice it's at 78bpm resting. During the day I notice its bounces back and forth around 80 to 105 beats per minute while just chilling. During workouts it is 115 to 136. I'm not concerned as its still in the range of normal but was something notable for someone in the future considering a similar cycle.

I checked my temperature and no increase there. I run 96.0 degrees on no thyroid meds and about 97.6 with the T3/T4 combo.

Sleep was **** two nights ago. 4 hours almost no REM or Deep sleep. Last night I did sleep for 7 hours and had 3 hours of deep sleep and 30 mins of REM. This is highly irregular for me. I have 0 sleep issues ever and would even say I could take gold in the Olympics in it.

*Tracking heart rate and sleep with Amazfit Trex 2 (BTW the best fitness watch I have ever had)

Other than that, everything is same-same. No notable effects as to be expected at this point.

The sleep issues are from the tren altho I use to get bad insomnia from sustanon but I was also 19 years old so had no business running that twice a week lol

Yeah, for sure, just surprised this early with the Enanthate ester. I have mk677 that I could dose at 10mg to maybe help this, but I don't know if that is a good idea or not. I have tried researching it and can't find much. I would be worried about BP or the whole insulin resistance too. No idea which is why I will wait to see what I can find. I read this might be the cause of some of the mental sides, the whole lack of sleep thing. For now, if I wake up, it's not the worst thing. I'll just start lifting. I have a home gym and gym membership and work out early before kids and wife wake, only bit of time I get to myself ever, so not the worst (for now). Also, will mention I get Zero hunger from Mk677 at 10mg even though that is 100% what it's supposed to do. I for sure have legit sources. Same ones probably most order from.

I always took mine before bed to avoid the hunger issues and to try and take advantage of the sleep aspect

Tren is what’s raising your heart rate, and likely sleep. But it’s common for it to raise pulse.

I feel that it generally helps some taken before bed.

It does raise my blood pressure several points because I hold several lbs of water on it, and my fasting glucose goes up a good 5 points while on it, but both return upon cessation.

What’s your actual goals for this cycle? I would not be looking to straight bulk in your position; I would go more towards a recomp or deficit. You will get more aesthetically at the current composition out of retaining lean mass while dropping some fat vs adding more fat & muscle.

Yes goal is recomp/slash cut. I am not exactly sure where I'm at on bf%. I just kind of guess but I'd like to be ripped and slightly bigger. I feel I have decent muscle and hold most of my fat at my gut. My legs are pretty lean compared to the rest of me.

Right now I'm eating 2100 to 2300 calories a day. Lifting 5 days a weeks and 30 to 45 minutes elliptical cardio a day. Macros have been averaging 240p / 170c / 60f (roughyl)

Let me know if that is good or if I need to cut out more. So far the scale has only gone up but I'm sure that's water weight. Also been drinking 160oz water a day.

You might be better off doing some intermittent fasting to shave some meals out periodically to create a deficit. Not during the day, like breakfast or your last meal occasionally. Protein should still be prioritized during the feeding window.

Yeah sounds good. I will let things kick in and then cut back as needed intermittent fast is a good suggestion. Thanks.

Let the gear start doing their things but I honestly would go for a straight cut, like my guy @Hyde Likes to say yiu can cut on anything. As the bros know my last cut was in test/deca/ anadrol which is a classic " bulking stack". I think the look you want can be achieved in a cut guys just don't like that word because they thnk of just a skinny shredded dude which obviously no one wants. Here's a pic of my cut

I'm on board with "cutting" and knowing with my gear I'll recomp some too and not likely to lose muscle.

Any idea based on my pics how much weight I am looking to cut? Thats the thing... i dont know whats realistic for this cycle.... 15%bf. 12bf?. I dont know if i have I have a realistic view of where I am at now. It doesn't super matter I guess because my diet is where it needs to be and training plan is solid but would be good to know what that goal is.

Day 5 update.

- Sore as **** from lifting. I am not normally sore but I had taken a few weeks off prior to this cycle due to the holidays/vasectomy and also I have been going harder.
- I woke up this morning feeling tighter around the midsection (very slightly) like one of those days you wake up and you feel like you have slightly less water. Nothing to write home about but obviously working with longer esters.
- Weight is 200.5, Withings scales reflects slight fat loss and 3.5lbs muscle gain likely from retained water.
- Sleep is slightly better. Getting 6.5 hours but like 10 mins of REM and about 1.5 hours of deep sleep.MK677 at 10mg didn't help.
- Macros/Cardio/Lifting all on point
- No noticeable strength gains as of now.
- No sides as of now
- Last pin (Thursday) gave me a decent PIP in my glute. Not anything to stop me from lifting or doing everyday things but a little sore.

Abs show at 15%. Gotta be 20% homie. Abs are covered and there is some love handle from insulin resistance.

Well, not the worst starting point in the world. That puts me at 160 lean mass (if I am not mistaken). So 10% at 178. So I can live with that and just work hard to optimize this cycle.

Well, not the worst starting point in the world. That puts me at 160 lean mass (if I am not mistaken). So 10% at 178. So I can live with that and just work hard to optimize this cycle.
If you can make your way down to mid 180s on this blast you’re going to look way better, and health won’t decline to the degree it would if you pushed to just gain 15lbs instead.

Being leaner will get the fat off you’ve acquired dealing with thyroid woes, have you looking good for summer, and put you in a better position to try to grow some new lean mass late fall.

This☝ also the leaner yiu are the less test will convert to estro which in theory means you can blast more without needing an AI

For sure. Working hard to make this happen. As of right now, I am killing cardio but not sure how long that will hold out on tren.

My best guess is I am currently at a 1000-calorie deficit daily with my current exercise and diet. Not to keep adding things but would a GDA be good to add to this or is that too much with the tren?

And keep killing the cardio I know it sucks but that and diet are 95% if your success. Drugs are great but they can't do anything if yiu don't give them the stimulus they need. What got me through this last cut was podcasts. I would listen to drugs n stuff mostly but they were so interesting that before I knew it 45 minutes was done and then I could work up to an hour. Never did more than that because I knew anymore than that especially after the 90 minutes of weights prior I was for sure going catabolic no matter how much anadrol I took before lol

Checkout vigorous Steve for sure me and @Smont Are fans of his and also big Paul from anabolic bodybuilding. Vigorous Steve is good he makes Derek sound like an elementary school teacher tho lol. I've been into drugs n stuff with Dave Crossland and Scott McNally
