Hi guys! summer is coming! and I have this annoying belly fat anyway I'm on cutting weight...found this program on BB, "amazing 4 day lean mass plan" - I can't post the link as I am a new user but it's right there in google, what do you think? I train with it for a week and it's cool, the only question is isn't it strange to do 2 leg days out of 4 weekly workouts?
