help me to set the cutting diet. goal: abs out! I did the math: BMR 1600 kcal TDEE 2400kcal. I am currently doing just confusing. I do not understand how many calories you eat and how to restart the macro. I eat 5 times a day 5 weekly workouts at the gym 3 and 2 runners. the foods you usually eat.
