I know what anabolism is, don't worry lol, however the term "anabolic" is often used with supplements that can cause suppression and is slung around to mean a lot of things it doesn't really mean..
mmm I while I see your point, I think this is more in your perception and understanding, than anything the word "anabolic" truly means in reality
as hyde says: anabolic simply means muscle-building; how the term is used by some, and how you interpret it (ie automatically assuming it must be hormonal), do not necessarily reflect actual terminology
point taken, not trying to instigate - simply clarify and try to educate

It actually doesn't mean to build JUST muscle, it's building any complex molecule etc, and is the opposite of catabolism, but sure. I was speaking from a purely marketing hype standpoint not a scientific or medical standpoint. Sorry if I came across as ignorant or otherwise. I do have an education in this type of stuff... lol.

If a substance does actually increase test etc like this product claims, then it does affect hormones to some extent. The pathway and results are what dictates if a particular "anabolic" causes shutdown or not. I was simply asking whether the labeling included the word "anabolic" because it was suppressive or for marketing hype or if it was just because it is anabolic. I think we both know that company's marketing works differently and certain products tend to use different terminology. Perhaps I was interpreting the labeling a bit, but with good reason. I was simply asking a question based on a quick look at the product and label.

Traditional "anabolics" are steroids or precursors, etc. perhaps traditional isn't the right word, and of course the category includes many other substances. Either way the definition of anabolism isn't really consequential to this discussion anyways.

Mass FX is looking like the real deal at this point; I think I'll be picking some up for my next PCT or inter-cycle run instead of my usual AB/ABE protocol.
I got to use Anabeta for 3wks in my PCT and noticed absolutely zero effects or changes even remotely attributable to it. Not hating, would try it again if it was free, but couldn't possibly advocate it for anything other than a neat paperweight.

Mass Fx is doing something, namely giving me a crazy appetite, especially for junk & simple carbs. NOT for those trying to lose weight; the name says it all. That being said, strength is good & I feel like my body just....wants to grow. I'm fighting it so hard mentally, & trying with diet, but I just don't have the will. Up 5 lbs in 2wks, & by no means all muscle. I think I look softer. And like I said, power/strength has been there too, that solid feeling you get when you're just getting fed & can move some iron.

This is what the first 2 wks seems to have yielded anyway. We'll see.

I didn't notice a ton of AB either nothing dramatic at least. Everyone responds different.

4 wk run. I want to start a hormone cycle a month or so after Mass FX I think if nothing crazy comes up in life (or in bloodwork, for that matter).

Ate terrible today (this is becoming a bad theme), knee hurt, hamstring hurt, muscles sore, it's raining, found out I have to work overtime tomorrow (early, at that) & it's raining - if you need me, I'll be on the couch tonight. Grow, baby, grow ;)

I respond well to AB/ABE, I get an appetite increase and noticeable fullness but I think its more effective for a solo run to note its efficacy. I ran ABE for 8 weeks my avatar shot was taken and it worked very well for a recomp (stacked with Alphamine). Still though I'm interested in MF for sure, albeit it being on the more expensive side of things--though so is ABE.

Weight is only climbing. I deserve it, but it feels a bit unfair. I just feel like a bear, & nobody ever saw a grizzly back down from a meal (or be skinny, for that matter). The upside is I seem to be getting the grizzlybear strength end of it as well. Max benchpress was 285lbs on Methylsten & 1/4/19dhea several months ago. Still, never pressed 265 for even a double. Tried a couple times over last few months, to no avail. If I'd have had a spotter I'd have gone for 3 yesterday!

Day 19 (200.0 lbs)

Finally got my gut heading back in the right direction! Cleaned up the diet a bunch & been much smarter with it last 3 days, with a concerted effort to undo some of my crimes against my body. Couldn't believe the scale, expected 201 or so this morning, but I was looking pretty lean (compared to me over the last couple weeks I mean).

Sunday was off; fell asleep in the afternoon after taking 2 caps of AMP preworkout (140mg caff, prob 50mg of DMAA). That's how you know you need to slow it down & recover, when you can sleep immediately after that stuff lol. Yesterday was offday as well, spent with the lady.

Vascularity, accordingly, has been stronger, allowing me to show these sweet Mass FX veins - this is post workout tonight with Green Mag, Hemavol, extra Cit Mal & Agmatine, CarbonX preworkout, but still: this reminds me of my last cycle. I'm leaner than then, yes, but this also isn't an oral steroid. It's a natty otc blend of ingredients. Very impressed!

Tomorrow is a bbq with gf's fam, & looking to try squatting thursday since my ham seems like it's doing so darn well. Tonight I was strong as all get out. This PR is over 10lbs over bodyweight, & 10lbs over previous record at a lighter bodyweight to boot.

I haven't pushpressed in months, so to come back to it randomly & set a PR by 10lbs at a lighter bodyweight is great - been continuing to practice military pressing & benching, & I think those have good carryover. If I'd had my belt with me & done less sets I think I can do 225 :)

Trying to back off stims some, and this combo (especially with vaso-constricting stimulants) yields a pretty good fullness/vascularity, no doubt. But the Mass FX is definitely a key player here!

Woke up this morning after only 4.5 hrs of sleep to start smashing some o/t at work. Lots of work+low sleep+mass fx means stupid hunger & accompanying weight gain, so I don't think the leanness I woke up with today will follow suit tomorrow :(

Gonna go hit a heavy box squat single now & go to bed for work early tomorrow as well; probably gonna save the back attack for tomorrow since I'm dead. Going to the Cards vs. Cubs game with the gal & her madre, so looking forward to a rest tomorrow evening.

Last night was busy as all get-out with work & everything, but got into the gym around 9 for the light squat today (picking up right where I left off last week) & arms - decided to switch my ancient arm routine up for an old heavy-ass 5x5 routine that shouldn't work on paper but can provide some serious muscle shock if done right. All sets performed 1 set A exercise, followed by the paired B exercise, the repeat. Arms were fried way more than usual.

Right on the IL side of STL. Gf just got a place around Forest Park, and it's maybe half an hour from my house. Can be at the Arch in 20 min or so, if that give you an idea.

No lift yesterday; woke at 4:30 for overtime work at 5:30, visited my dad after I got off around noon, & rushed home to clean up & met the gf's mom for the first time @ 3:30, so that filled the day unfortunately. And Cards lost by 1 run *smhs*. Good news is work & seeing Dad was great, awesome meal bought by the gf, her mom loved me, game was great & last night/this morning was ridiculously great. Took that gal out for bfast today. Thanks Mass FX ;)

Gonna go hit my heavy partial negative squat & hammer some back attack out!

Today got fed pretty decent, feeling really good. We layed a new tune on my vette today, and it runs harder than ever. Cleaned it up good, and enjoyed lots of cruising in the perfect weather while we dialed the tune in. Plus lots of quality time with the gf, so really had a positive attitude coming into the gym tonight. Timed Mass FX well with the late workout, so that had to help - the weight felt pretty light all night, and I was able to keep my pace up better than usual.

Weight has dropped last two days; haven't been this light in a year (and before any cycles, ever). Drastically leaner & more muscular at this weight now vs. a year ago, & waaaay stronger. Feels good. Weighed 198.0 yesterday morning & lighter still today, & I triple checked the scale. That being said, strength is only up - benched 275 yesterday at a sub-200lb bodyweight, and I almost tried for a double. It went up smooth, & felt like more was there. Personal best is 285 4 months ago, on cycle, weighing 217. Bet I could do the 285 now, off-cycle, while 20lbs lighter.

Score one for dedicated diet/training/supplementation, & score a big one for Mass FX - been able to steadily progress in my Smolov squat cycle without a hiccup as the loads become increasingly more serious for me, even while leaning slightly. And def no loss of muscle.

Lol I wish, but I'm at least in as good of shape as during the float trip I went on 6 wks ago, which is better shape than I've ever been - except now I'm even stronger than 6 wks ago. Good times.

There's so much squatting in this thread idk what to do with myself! The loss of bw/bf while maintaining and/or getting stronger is great! Albeit you cleaned your diet up and stuck with it! Great progress hyde

Especially if I go to compete at some point - I don't want to be fat again anyway, & it'll make me less competitive for my weightclass. Mass FX has made a difference, as suprised as I am to say it - I would mainly use a t-booster expecting increased libido, mood, & energy for pct - but to gain strength while possibly leaning out is a VERY big plus.

Day 28 (198.0 lbs)
Last night's lift. Didn't plan on the heavy deadlift - had to borrow a belt for the last set even. I just missed not pulling these last 2 weeks & needed to put some weight in my hands. It's my favorite lift. Callous got ripped off during pullups so that kind of ended my back session - the deads took it out of me anyway & it was getting late. Still had a LOT of fun.

Bb Backsquat 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1, 315x5

Traditional Deadlift 135x10, 225x5, 315x3x6 sets, 385x1, 455x1, 525x1*

*525 @ 198lbs off-cycle now compared to 535 @ 217lbs around the beginning of April - almost 20 lbs lighter, no roids, & it honestly felt like 545 is there right now - this was just a training 1rm. Definitely gotten stronger, no question. It practically flew up to my knees before I had to dig in to pull thru. Gonna cycle in some heavy rackpulls next 3-4 wks & go for a 550 probably.

Final Noodz for comparison to 1st pages pre-Mass FX. No drastic changes but I'm inclined to say I'm leaner as I'm down weight but am stronger & certainly don't feel less muscular at all. This was a suprisingly potent natty product with no bad sides for me, except perhaps hunger if that's a big concern - but you gotta eat to grow, amirite??
