My diet and training are good, definitely good enough not to have these numbers imo. It turns out, one of the meds I take can have nasty sides of lowering HDL and raising LDL along with lowering testosterone. It can also raise fasting glucose levels, which my labs also show. Just found that out last night. So I'm going to talk to my doc about weening off the med to see if things improve. In the meantime, are there any supps that the minds know of that work to improve that ratio?

Lots of cardio combined with.....

Red yeast rice
Citrus bergamot
Tumeric
Eat more fiber
Eat less trans fats
Eat more omega 3's
Antioxidants
What dosage on the citrus b and turmeric? Anything in particular to look for?

Minimum dose for citrus bergamot is 1000mg I'd say, I've seen some ppl suggest up to 7000mg a day but I never used that much.

Tumeric with biopeprin or black pepper extract for absorption, I take 500mg 3x day
