Hair loss and natural test boosters ( anti e )

Hey guys
I need some help here.
Was thinking on runing alphamax xt.
The problem is , i fear it could effect my hair, since i m prone to male bald pattern ( 29 old, hair started thinig 2 years ago ).
Few months back i was runing pes erase, and my hair got rly thin, esp on the crown.
Now it was a stressfull time for me back then, so it could be that the problem wasnt pes erase but real life stress.
Hair is much better now, but its rly thin and there is a almost bald spot on back of my head,crown.
So question is should i buy alphamax xt or some other test boots ( will it effect my hair ) ?


btw ordered pura dor shampoo for dht blocker, any other sugestion to help with my thinig hair

DHT shampoo will really help. Test boosters won't increase production in your hairline. Are you genetically prone to hairloss?

I'd agree with the above and see if you can pick up some DHT shampoo to aid with the hairloss.

The stinging nettle extract already present in Alphamax XT will be more than enough to lower DHT...possibly even too much depending on the individual. If anything, this product could potentially improve your thinning hair.

I've never heard of any cases where a natural product like Erase Pro or Alphamax XT had a significant impact on hair growth or hair loss, but anything is possible. Alphamax XT contains Stinging Nettle, which can prevent the conversion of testosterone to DHT. If anything this may help with thinning hair. I don't have too much knowledge on DHT and hairloss, but I'm sure muscleupcrohn can elaborate with his epic scientific knowledge

No natural "test booster" will affect your hair....because not a single one has ever been proven to actually increase testosterone, sorry. They all make fancy claims but none have been proven. And even if they did increase natural test it would be by such a miniscule amount it wouldn't make any difference anyway. The Only thing that will accelerate hair loss is AAS. All these "test boosters" rely on guys "feeling" like it's working! Some do have a mild performance enhancing effect, but it's all largely the placebo effect. Loads of guys swear certain products helped them gain x amount of size and strength....but they probably trained harder and had a better diet while taking them, which would account for the gains. These products may have certain beneficial actions, but increase free testosterone they will not, so you have nothing to worry about regarding hair loss. You will lose your hard earned cash though!!

Also forget "dht blocker" shampoo too as not a single one of those has any solid evidence of them blocking dht!! There are only 3 things that block dht in the scalp. 1, Finasteride (nasty drug) 2, Minoxidil and 3, Saw Palmetto (must be 1500mg minimum). This info is straight from the hair clinic I visited today!

Sorry to piss on your bonfire, but I've fallen for all the crap in my youth, now 15 years later I know the truth about all the supps out there.....95% of them are junk. Stick with the basics mate. Protein, creatine, bcaa, a good quality pre workout, solid diet, train hard, sleep harder!! Forget all the other hyped up crap.

The Only way to increase test, is to add test, end of. And that's a whole other ball game!!

I did try minoxidil, didnt work for me, had to stop after 4 months cuz of no results and my skin on head started to get red and itchy.


As for the supps, no worry, i myself m skeptic, tho everyone reacts different to supps.
Can u recommed any practicular Saw Palmetto product ?

The thing you need to know about Minoxidil is that it doesn't in fact regrow hair, it only prevents further loss. I asked the specialist in the clinic yesterday about using it to prevent hair loss on steroids and he confirmed that it would block/clear the dht from the scalp so I would not lose any more hair. The Only treatment to improve hair density is laser therapy. Transplants also work very well bur are expensive and painful. They should also not be considered until you are in your 40's due to continued changes in your baldness profile!

Regarding the saw Palmetto, he just said make sure it's 1500mg as pure as possible. I'm gonna have a look into this later today as most I've seen don't seem to be strong enough. I'll let you know what I find. ��
