So today was chest day, my least favourite.

DB incline press-

Went for all slow and controlled pressing, only 3/4 reps to keep tension.

35x 10 (2 sets) warmup
45x 10 (1 set)
60x 10 (1 set)
80x 8 (3 sets)
90x 8 (2 sets)

Incline DB fly's-

45x failure (4 sets)
70x failure (3 sets)

Going to go for 80 next week, fly game is strong haha.

Flat BB bench-

135x failure (4 sets)
3/4 reps again for tension. Jesus the pump!!

Incline hammer-

2x plates each side x failure (3 sets)
3x plates each side x failure (2 sets)

Floor press-

Never done this before but jumped in with another guy at the gym :)

135x failure (3 sets) paused reps.
180x failure, paused reps into 135x failure paused (1 set)

Really enjoyed these! I'll be implementing them from now on!

So that was chest all done :)

I've noticed my endurance is up HUGELY since taking lax. Strength slightly increased but the endurance is mind blowing.

Cardio-

15mins elliptical- 220cals

haha, still got to kill it even on the most boring of days :)

Today was shoulders.
I almost put off training them due to training chest yesterday and therefore my shoulders were tight to say the least, however i just manned the fuk up :)

Seated MP-

10mins of stretching due to tightness
bar x 20 (2 sets)
90x 19 (2 sets)
135x failure (4 sets)

Side lateral raised (DB)-

27.5 x failure, 25x failure, 10x failure, 5x failure (5 sets) CRAZY PUMP!!!

Upright Rows into front raises-

70x failure, 70x failure (5sets)

Shrugs-
Keep shrugs light to focus on contraction and pump, plus if i go heavy i always fun up my back.

135x failure (4 sets)

Single arm side lateral raises (machine)-

60x failure (4 sets)

Reverse shoulder press (machine)-
Kept this light too :)

90x failure (4 sets)

Rear delt Pec Dec-

110x failure (4 sets)

So thats it for shoulders, great pump and they looked PUMPED!!!

Cardio

15mins Elliptical- 220cals

Hmmm may just give this a go!

Today was legs-

Box skwats-

Bar x10
135 x10
225 x6
315 x6
350 x5 (3 sets)

This was easy seeing if I can push this to 405 next week. Should be easy enough.

SLDL's-

225x 6 (2 sets) explosive
315x 5 (3 sets) explosive
350x 3 (2 sets) explosive

Leg extensions-

150x failure (5 sets) minimum of 20reps

Lying ham curls-

110x failure (min 10 reps) 4 sets

Donkey calf raises-

200lbs total xfailure (4 sets)

Close stance leg press-

Full stack x failure (4 sets)

And that was it for legs, not as much volume as normal but I trained HARD TODAY!! Could not stop sweating haha.

Muscular endurance is definitely up too.

Haha you got it bro! Most people I know won't ever take legs till failure, I love it though!

Appreciate it my man, just trying to kill it as always. When I train a muscle in imagining I'm trying to actually kill/destroy it. "Train it like you hate it." This is what I abide to in all my training :)

Today I went for a couple heavy(ish) sets but focussed on contraction today :)

Felt good!

Also my legs were in pieces on Saturday and Sunday, now I have no pain at all.. Clearly the recovery is enhanced!!! Normally I have leg DOMS for 5days at least.

I would train them again if they weren't already a strong body part :)

Today's marks day 30 right?
I think you right!!! It is the last dosing tonight, I thought I had more left but it's deceiving how much the liquid goes down with each ml you draw.

Final update to follow tomorrow :)

Today was chest.

Pin press-

135x 6-8 (3 sets)
180x 5-7 (3 sets)
225x 2-3 (2 sets)

Floor press-

180x failure, pause at bottom each rep (4 sets)

Incline DB fly's-

65x failure (4 sets)

Incline DB press-

80x failure, controlled reps 3/4 ROM. (4 sets)

Incline hammer press-

2x plates each side x failure (3 sets)

Smith machine flat press-

135x failure (wide grip) 4 sets
Bars failure (wide grip) bring it down to my neck for full stretch.

And that's it for chest.

Cardio-

15mins incline walking (220cals)

Final Review

Right so last night was the last application of Laxacrine by BPS, thank you again to BPS for the opportunity.

So lets begin, I started taking Lax about a month ago and wasn't sure what to expect, you hear this you hear that... I have taken Lax before but in capsule form and less mg than the transdermal version I logged.

The liquid is green which i wasn't expecting however that doesn't matter, the smell isn't that pleasant but it didn't bother me as much as it bothered my GF, but she's not trying to make gains... therefore her opinion is irrelevant :p

The first thing I noticed upon taking Lax was muscle fullness/hardness, It became apparent quite quickly, within about 2-3days, a couple people asked if i was 'running' anything (hormonal wise) to which i responded, no. Then I explained Lax to them and they were quite interested.

Another noticeable effect was sweating, wow didn't i sweat! not sure why as in theory it shouldn't affect sweating hugely, however I think because it had an effect on endurance and strength this allowed me to push a little harder meaning, less rest and more weight on my sets. So made sense.

Endurance wise I was 100% positive I was able to get out at least 1 more rep each set and my rests were shorter, the strength was also increased slightly, I'm not talking 30lb increases on lifts, but more so in the range of 5-10lb which is still great in a deficit :)

My Recovery was enhanced 2x quicker than normal, I noticed this particularly with leg days. Where as normally it would have taken me a minimum of 4-5 days for soreness to go away so i 'felt' recovered, it was more like 2days and i feel i could squat just as heavy.

Overall then i feel like it was a great addition to my cut and allowed me to maintain/increase strength slightly is some lifts. The added effect of fullness made me psychologically feel better too. Lax is a great product to run in either a PCT, Bulk or Cut in my opinion. And i would recommend it to anyone wanting to have just a little edge in the weight room. I could genuinely not find a fault, originally i felt like my recovery wasn't as good as i expected however the last 2 weeks is where the product came alive, If you were to run this for 6-8weeks i feel you could really see and feel a massive difference.

Cliffs-

Increased Endurance
Increased Strength
Increased recovery
Increased muscle fullness

Thanks again to BPS.
