For the last three nights I've started using 100mcg ghrp-6 right before bed.
Each night I've woken up after 4 hours of sleep. I feel wide awake and rested, but it's 3am... by the time morning comes I've been tossing and sleeping in 30 min bursts and feel like junk
I've read some posts somewhere about insomnia with peptides, but I can't seem to find them. Any help/links/advice?
This stuff is supposed to improve sleep and it's doing the complete opposite...
I did get the hunger, so I assume it's good.
