getting rid of old gyno

hi i did some forum search but couldnt find anything about this situation. my friend (yes its actually my friend i dont have gyno) took test e at 700mg a week a few years back and got gyno, he has had it for a while now. so we were talking about it today and i remembered hearing that serms with an ai reduce it. I have a year old bottle of clomid and some left over novadex xt. should he just take it like he is coming off cycle? a 100/50/50/50 or do a lower dosage for a longer period? i have read ralox is best but i figured since i have this bottle lying around he should give it a try. any opinions?

Gyno that has existed that long only surgery will take care of it.
