Today Paleo started.
No more Oatmeal and Peanut Butter for BF, but Eggs and Bacon.
Did 30 min on the thread mill and 30min on the eliptical and burned ~750kcal.
Then some nice fish with lemon juice garlic and leak, with a tomato/letuce salad on the side for dinner.
